The Space:
The grounds are lush with tropical foliage, swaying palms, and year-round blooming flowers. The vast outdoor areas flow effortlessly with the interior space, with a large outdoor living and dining pavilion, full upper and lower sun decks, an expansive veranda and two wrap-around decks off the bedrooms. All surround the infinity-edge pool featuring a  swim up bar with seating. Right next to the pool is the covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a stainless-steel gas grill, sink, fridge and icemaker as well as a seating area. All to take in those mesmerizing Caribbean views. 
 
This magnificent Great House features five bedrooms with distinct personalities and each embodies a particular aspect of the island aesthetic. Each room is spacious with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Designer furnishings, as well as incredibly soft bed linens, pillowtop mattresses, and rich cooling down comforters, invite the most restful of sleeps. The state of the art kitchen has all stainless steel appliances - a Wolf gas stove and oven, SubZero refrigerator, ice-maker, microwave and two Bosch dishwashers - and custom imported granite countertops. It is the ultimate chef's kitchen. A 10 person mahogany dining table sits just off the kitchen which also features an island with seating for six. Two living rooms offer plenty of comfortable space for lounging and family night. A state of the art entertainment system including surround sound stereo will delight with indoor and outdoor speakers. The lower living room features a pool table. Wireless high speed internet access is available throughout the house and bedrooms. 

Maria Bluff Main House features five bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms as well as an additional powder room. Each of the five bedrooms is distinctively designed, has an incredible view, and are positioned for privacy and furnished with luxury bedroom furniture and plush bedding and towels. The coral stone deck and pool area connecting the two spaces provides ample space to comfortably enjoy the sun. The area also features a full outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool's swim-up bar. Off the main kitchen is another large covered 10 person outdoor dining area and seating area. The lower living room features a veranda with exquisite ocean views and seating for up to 20 people.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located at the top of Maria Bluff with Tradewinds and views from every direction. The neighborhood is great for walking in the morning!

Getting Around:
We always suggest renting a 4x4 vehicle while on St. John. Assistance with Maria Bluff's private Jeep rental is available upon request to BookVI (concierge and property manager).

All guests of Maria Bluff Estate will be provided Concierge Services. This property is professionally managed by BookVI.
