Fully renovated studio apartment for 3/4 people, 24 m², located on the 1st floor of the Miravidi residence in the Charvet area, with a northeast-facing balcony.
This studio includes a living area with a pull-out bed (two single beds that can be made into a 160 cm bed) and a 140 cm wall bed, and a large TV.
Parquet flooring.
The kitchen is equipped with: a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
Shower room with toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided (except for short stays and during the summer). End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
