I was taking my family to the beach for a last minute mini vacation. The Condo resort overall is very nice, however we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that we had to pay a 45 resort fee. This was not mentioned until the very moment we went to get our bracelets...of course I paid. I contacted the Owner Sandra and Abe the property manager and they said they were looking into it and I never heard back. Upon arriving to the room and inspecting the accommodations as I always do where ever I stay, I contacted the property manager Abe in regard to the additional futon that was mentioned in the listing that was advertised as being located in the Master. I explained to Abe all via text and sent shot screens of the listing and mentioned once again that I rented based on the accommodations because we were traveling with a child that we had planned to have her sleep in the futon. He shared his option that was I could leave...I didn't ask for a refund or to leave, my family was already down stairs enjoying the pool and our perishable already in the fridge. Abe was not helpful and I asked to be refunded the 45 resort fee and I sent him the receipt and a discount for the misleading listing. I also reached out to the owner and nothing, its disappointing that this is how they treat clients. Puerto Penasco is always a pleasure and we didn't let the dingy towels , and burnt out blubs be a bother but the poor customer service was surely a let down.
