- One bedroom with 2 single beds and a third single bed lofted.
- A living room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 trundle bed, 1 TV.
- A kitchen equipped with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, fondue set.
- A bathroom.
- A separate toilet.
It has a view of the Commerce Square and faces west. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed.

The residence is ideally located in the resort's center. Access possible via underground carpark. Parking not included, but can be booked as optional extra.
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
