This 2700 sq. ft. home is completely remolded with a beautiful great room for large groups or family vacation with comfy couch/recliners. Children friendly with their own toy room and trundle to play and sleep in. This home sleeps 13 individuals: King-Master bedroom, triple (3) bunk bed, 2 queen bedrooms, hide-a-bed located in downstairs living room and trundle bed in Kids playroom. 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combo up & down with master bath with shower. 2 TV's: 1-75" located upstairs in great room & 1-65" in the downstairs living room, YouTube TV and Wi-Fi included. Large capacity washer & dryer. Propane BBQ located outside patio with table and chairs, 2 car garage.

Great stay with a group of friends for ski trips

Listing is accurate and as shown in pictures. Plenty of beds (including pull out couch options) to sleep a max of 13 people. Overall very happy with the location of the property. Check-in / out process was smooth and easy as well. We do wish the property is more equipped with shampoo, conditioners and body wash for each bathroom as the property is meant to host large group. Otherwise, no complaints!

Excellent accommodation. Spacious house with all the amenities needed for a family and friends stay. The location is central and the perfect home base for access to several top ski resorts. The hot tub puts this listing over the top!

Location was close to everything. Owner was quick to respond to any issues and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. House well stocked. Great rental for kids- playroom with lots of toys 2 den areas. Lots of seating for eating. I would definitely rent again!

Great for big groups!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was 12 of us and there was plenty of room in the house. Location was perfect. Close to ski resorts and stores. Leiann was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again!

Worked out great for a group of 5 friends on a Utah ski vacation. Nice to find a bunch of condiments, spices and such in the cabinets. Made meal prep easier.

Great place for skication

Spent 5 nights with 2 friends and their sons and a friend. 6 adults in all. The house is in a residential area but very convenient to food and liquor shoping as well as the canyons for skiing. Although the house is older, the kitchen and main living area were useful and comfortable. The place was clean and the hot tub worked well. The manager LeiAnn was responsive and helpful. I would strongly nrecommend this as a place for a ski vacation. By the way it is 10-15 minutes closer to the airport than Wasatch blvd where we normally stay. . Also there is a triple bunk bed in one bedroom most suitable for kids.

Great Location and Host

Our family (8 total) really enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip! LeiAnn was a great host and responded promptly to questions and addressing the minor issues we had. The beds were comfortable, the open floor plan was great for meals and hanging out during our downtime, the hot tub was exactly what we needed, and the location was perfect.

Everything as described, very clean!

I didn’t have any unpleasant surprises during my stay here. Checkin was quick and easy. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but I still slept well. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Loved the proximity to the beach. Overall, a perfect experience!

Cozy home perfect for big or multiple families

We have a lovely experience during our stay! The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We had 2 families for a combined 10 people, 6 of which were kids. We never felt cramped. It was well stocked, clean, and had lots of amenities. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The home is beautiful and very spacious. It’s definitely oriented for adults with several kids considering the bed set up but my smaller friends didn’t complain. Overall a great spot with stores nearby and the slopes a short drive away depending on traffic.
