Kim was awesome and very accommodating. The facility is under construction now so the gym/sauna/ground floor bathrooms were closed. We had an unexpected water shutoff that lasted beyond the time we were told but Kim was very helpful when we notified her. This is a great place! Highly recommend

Our host had excellent communication and checked on us several times by text during our stay. She provided recommendations on things to do and see in Pensacola, provided specific info for check-in, and took care of registering our vehicle for on site parking. Condo was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!!

This condo ahead of you to die for. You got to see the gulf and you get to see the bay and the islands sitting on the deck you could just be taken in by the waves. The unit itself had everything you could ever ask for fully stocked and ready for relaxation.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. Cleanliness is essential for me as a guest and Kim’s condo was impeccably clean. From the kitchen, to the linens and especially the bathrooms…all were pristine. The condo is very roomy and the furniture, mostly leather which is a big plus, was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is a lovely wicker table and chairs set on the patio as well as lounger. We spent a lot of time out there as the view was amazing! We were even lucky enough to catch a Blue Angles fly by. It brought tears to my eyes, it was just breathtaking. The complex itself was very nice as well. The location is excellent. We had no issues getting around to any place we wanted to go. The pool was great as well! Love when there are kids and adult pools. It’s nice for everyone. Very clean pool and pool area. As for Kim, she is an A host. Communication was spot on, expectations were exceeded. House rules were clear, concise and extremely generous. We had a fabulous vacation and left feeling rested and relaxed. We will definitely be renting from Kim in the future.

The views were gorgeous!! The place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It was well equipped snd the bedrooms were comfortable. I loved the master bath shower. The host answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. Our group if 5 had an awesome vacay in a beautiful place everyone loved it!!

Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation property. Great location, with all the windows beautiful views and comfortable furniture and beds. Kim went above and beyond our expectations as a host.

Fantastic New Year Stay

Great host! Accommodated a last minute stay and communicated so well. The property is as described and is better than the pictures show. Great corner balcony, 3-5 min from the condo to the beach (mostly elevator ride) and even shorter to the heated pool and hot tub.

Always Relaxing

My family and friends have stayed at this condo several times now. It's always relaxing. You can be assured that the place is clean, comfortable with plenty of room and has the best views on the beach. The owner ( Kim) communicates well and makes sure you problem free during your stay.

Great property

Property manager (Kim) was very responsive. Property was exactly what was described. If ever go back to Pensacola Beach this is where I will stay every time. Right in the beach, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna and gym. Great food right across the street. Although Aunt Kate’s for breakfast in Pensacola is worth the drive. Hope to be back.

Exceeded all expectations

Kim is a dream host! She could not have been more accommodating. The views were breathtaking and although the weather was disappointing, we were never bored thanks to all the games and puzzles on hand. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay, Kim!!!

Pensacola weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had everything we could want or need. It was very spacious, and the 180 degree views were incredible. We especially appreciated Kim's thoughtfulness throughout the trip. From the moment we booked, she asked insightful questions about our trip to ensure we had a good time, including proactively providing beach towels and a late checkout (allowing our kids one last trip to the hot tub!). Kim and the properly were great and we'd welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

Nice apartment, great location

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. We like to cook some meals to keep our vacation costs down, so having the crock pot was fantastic for coming home to dinner, not a typical kitchen offering, but this one was very well stocked. Location was great, beach is right out the back door, pools were clean and very nice. Couple of good shops and restaurants across the street so you're not having to drive everywhere. Host was very helpful on a couple of items that popped up and she took care of them for us, which we really appreciated! Would recommend for your getaway!
