En vacker Colorado fjÀllstuga lyxig semesterbostad belÀgen pÄ 9600 fot höjd, mellan Idaho Springs och St. Mary's Galcier. Omgiven av National Forest Àr detta avskilda Ànnu tillgÀngliga fritidshus det perfekta stÀllet för din familjeÄterförening, semester, gruppsammantrÀde, retrÀtt eller möte.

Invincible Lodge ligger pÄ tre gamla gruvkrav. Historiska gruvruiner Àr fortfarande synliga pÄ fastigheten. Fall River Reservoir Àr 3 miles upp pÄ vÀgen, med riklig vandring, jeep-spÄr och fiske. Detta Àr en fantastisk vÀg för snöskoter pÄ vintern! Fall River ligger bokstavligen meter frÄn stugan. Det avslappnande ljudet frÄn det rusande vattnet hörs frÄn alla rum i huset! MÄnga utomhusmöjligheter vÀntar!

PÄ insidan har stugan lyxiga rustika möten. I det stora rummet kan du koppla av bredvid en av de tvÄ vedeldade stenarna. Du kan ta in en film pÄ nedervÄningen i hemmabio, fullt utrustad med ett digitalt HDTV-projektionssystem. Vi har ocksÄ satellit wi-fi. Spela spel pÄ övervÄningen med vacker utsikt över bergen. Grilla en biff pÄ omslagets dÀck med utsikt över bÀcken.

Flera skidomrÄden ligger inom bekvÀm bilresa frÄn Lodge. Idaho Springs ligger bara nÄgra minuter bort, med gott om shopping och restauranger. Denver International Airport ligger bara 1 timme och 15 minuter bort! LÀtt att komma till men ÀndÄ lÄngt borta frÄn folkmassorna kommer Invincible Lodge att fÄ dig att kÀnna dig mil bort!

This was our second time staying here with our group. Our stay was great! The house was clean, the setting next to the stream is beautiful, David was easy to communicate with, the kitchen worked well for cooking for a large group... great experience!

This is the second time our family has stayed here. It’s perfect and gives everyone their own space. We rented ATVs and rode trails for two days with plenty of room to park them all. The kitchen and dining area has room for all 18 of us to share meals together.

Beautiful and well maintained

The property was beautiful and well maintained! David was a great host and helped us with anything we needed . It was definitely tricky to park more than a couple of cars in the winter time because of the snow banks, but we had a great time and will definitely be back!

I loved how the lodge lends itself to every time of social environment, from having a large group eat around the table, to being able to go away one on one in a peaceful nook. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful!

I can't imagine a more perfect place for a group to spend time in the mountains. The property is nestled in a beautiful forest that is far more beautiful than the pictures can even capture. The lodge is spacious and comfortable with spacious gathering areas as well as plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view out a window quietly.

Family Time

This was a great vacation for the whole family. We went hiking, fishing, made s’mores in the fire pit. Had a murder mystery and even had snow. My children and grandchildren had the best time playing in the snow. The house was beautiful, we will definitely be back next year.

Imagine your dream rental and then multiple it by 100 - AMAZING PLACE

This house and the owners were beyond expectations. They've thought of everything - not just the hot tub, fire pit, theater room, etc. but the amount of seating, the dining table that was able to fit our whole group. I cannot express in words how wonderful this place is. Do not hesitate to book - it's everything you'd want and SO much more. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had the best vacation ever!!!!

Beautiful property and very clean! Only 2 bummers; hot tub wouldn’t get up to temp and the house was a bit warm despite thermostat being turned down. I’d stay there again!

Beautiful location and a beautiful home. Plenty of room for all our adult children. En-suite in all bedrooms was appreciated. We enjoy barbecuing, but there was no barbecue on check-in. David rectified this, a couple days later. This was a great vacation for our family of 9.

5 Stars – A Perfect Mountain Getaway!Our stay at the Invincible Lodge was absolutely amazing. Tucked away in the mountains, this beautiful cabin strikes the perfect balance between comfort and nature. The wraparound patio overlooking a bubbling stream was a dream—we spent our mornings out there with a hot cup of coffee, just taking in the peaceful surroundings. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.Inside, the cabin is just as inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room and kitchen created a perfect space for the whole family to relax, cook, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with all the right touches, the Invincible Lodge is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous Family/Friends Weekend

It was the coldest MLK weekend we have ever experienced, but the lodge was comfortable and spacious enough for all 12 of us not to feel cramped inside. The little details, like mini shampoo, mints on the towels, labels on light switches and detailed information in the welcome book. Thank goodness for the firewood! It was so cold outside (below zero) that the fireplace kept everyone comfy. Highly recommend the Invincible Lodge for your family vacation!

Enjoyed our 3rd stay!

This home is a wonderful place for a group to spend time together! Our group of 4 families has stayed here 3 years in a row now and love the space we have for each family to sleep/bathrooms, multiple gathering areas- main living room, upstairs, basement, large dining table and our kids love the outdoor space. The kids play outside in the snow until it gets dark- so much space to explore! Thank you!

Incredible stay at a beautiful home

Our group of 8 had an incredible stay at the house. The house is well-stocked, very spacious, and in a beautiful setting. Phenomenal hiking is just up the road at St. Mary’s Glacier, and the town of Idaho Springs is also nearby and offers nice shopping. The house has everything you would need, and has many nice touches (eg a “key” explaining the relative matters firmness in each BR). We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Absolutely Beautiful

It is always fantastic to have a home match the photos and description. May not be the easiest to get to as it is located deep into the deeply wooded mountain, but that is exactly what we wanted. Night skies are brilliant without any external light, wildlife is abundant, hiking and outdoor activities are more than you will ever need. Beds and other amenities were fantastic.

We are the Steitz Family. We purchased this beautiful land in 1996. We enjoyed it for camping and hiking for many years. Our parents had a dream to build a "cabin" that the whole family could use together. Our dad began work on the bridge in October, 2003. He suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in February, 2004 of a heart attack. We decided to build "The Invincible Lodge" in his memory, and it was completed in May, 2007. The Invincible Lodge has already been a blessing to many people, Dad would be proud!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The beauty of this setting speaks for itself. The seclusion, the forest, the mountains create a spirit of quiet and relaxation. The soothing sound of rushing water eases away any tension in your body, mind and soul. It is truly a spiritually refreshing place, as Dad always said.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Lodge is big enough to allow the whole family. We enjoy games, relaxing, building a fire, staring out the picture window at the mountains. It is truly a getaway. In the winter, we sled, snowmobile, snowshoe, or just stay warm by the fire. In the summer we hike, fish, mountain bike, run the trails, enjoy the wildflowers, have picnics by the creek!
