We loved this VRBO! We got married in Idaho Springs and stayed here for a few days with all of our best friends. It was such a lovely weekend and the space was perfect for a large group. We loved the hot tub and the river access. So beautiful!!

Our family of 15 enjoyed the best vacation--even in the middle of the heat dome. Temperature was perfect at 9700 ft, and Fall River was full and rushing--gorgeous. The house is spacious and perfectly laid out with the bunkroom and one king bed in the basement with the TV room, the master on the first floor and three suites on the second floor. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a great place for an extended family week. We all loved the creek exploring the trees. The one question we had during our stay was quickly answered. The Invincible Lodge is a great location for proximity to summer activities, including hiking, fishing, white water rafting, the Georgetown Rail, and Idaho Springs downtown.

We absolutely loved this cabin and hope we can stay here again in the future! The space was incredible for a large group and had plenty of areas for people to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of parking and it was beautiful when it snowed.

Driving instructions were excellent. Had some issues with Google Maps directing incorrectly, but the host's directions were on point and easy to understand. House was clean and comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. Host was responsive to questions and incredibly helpful. Would stay here again.

Only complaint I have is that the hot tub wasn’t heated up when we arrived. But it heated up in time to use the following day. Otherwise, great experience!

This home was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with a small group of our dear friends. The location was perfect, the home set up was perfect - rooms, bathrooms, amenities, hot tub, kitchen and laundry were well-stocked. Lovely home for a lovely occasion!

We love this house and property so much!! Snow conditions weren’t great in the area this trip, but we had our own little winter wonderland! This was our second trip and we can’t wait to come back. The house is perfect for our big family and we had an amazing time!
