Come and relax in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath house at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is waiting to host your family's beach vacation this season. Enjoy panoramic views of the dunes and beach from both levels of spacious decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the expansive dunes behind the house.

Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" smart TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a gorgeous view of the dunes and beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" smart TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll enjoy Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 large televisions! A quaint, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furniture on the house decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are perfect for lounging in the coastal breeze!

"Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We are well-seasoned with short-term rentals, and ready to assist you as you plan your visit!

Ocean visit after weddin

The property was as advertised, four bedrooms, pleasant rooms, good kitchen. The distance to the beach was long; it was easier to use the public access two doors away. October is always pleasant at Emerald Isle.

Wonderful neighborhood

Wonderful place to visit. Exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the mornings. All of the people we saw were friendly. There is a great walking/bike path at the entrance so my only regret is that I didn't pack my bike!!

Another wonderful stay

Stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and had another wonderful stay. The location is very private and quiet. The beach is spacious and empty at this end of the island. The kids are already asking to return next year.

Boomers Friends Reunion

This property was a perfect fit for our group of 6, 3 couples. We spent all of our time on the beach and cooked all meals. Enjoyed the brand new Weber grill. We had lots of fun and fellowship and would definitely come back. The decks and walkway are wonderful. Beach access wasn’t bad and it was really cool being at the very end of the island. Lots of shells and Lots of fun was had by all.

Great location!

Sea Our Point has all the basics for a week at the beach. There were a few minor issues: the ice maker is broken and a remote control is missing from the fan/light in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Ken and Helen though were super responsive to all our requests!

Amazing private property at the point

We had an outstanding time at the house. Everything was clean and well kept. The beach is within a short walking distance and was not overcrowded. Ken and Helen were quick to respond to any inquiries, and were extremely accommodating and helpful. We already can't wait to come back. Thank you!!!

Quite Adequate

Good House with spectacular views. Bit of a hike to Beach. BBQ Grille was a wreck but Owner responded with replacement, which was not functioning very well. Overall, we would return. Owner is very accommodating & gracious.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect beach getaway! The house was beautiful and roomy enough for all 7 of us. The kitchen was well appointed and a dream to cook our fresh seafood in. The deck and beach were awesome as well. Not crowded on the beach and plenty of sand for play and relaxing on. We loves every moment of our time here!

Beautiful Location

Great location at one of the best beaches in NC! A few burnt out bulbs and an inconsistent ceiling fan but hey, first world problems. Ken, was excellent to work with and his prompt replies made communication a breeze. Would certainly rent again.

Perfect spot

We came for a short fall break getaway. House was the perfect location for fishing and exploring the beach with multiple age kids. We could all come and go as we pleased without having to worry about driving out onto the beach to fish or coming in for a short lunch break. Beautiful house, great views, easy access to the beach, and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I need to cook for 3 days with 6 kids! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great house at point for families

House was just as depicted in pictures. Great location, ocean front. But know there is still a long walk to ocean over boardwalk and dunes. Had my 80 year old mom with me and she managed fine, just be aware. The downstairs toilet was not working but they were super responsive and it didn’t slow us down at all. Overall, would absolutely rent this house for my family again.

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a very nice week at Sea Our Point the third week of June with our family of 5. Communication with Ken was fantastic. We had no issues while there, but Ken was very quick to answer all of my questions before arrival. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed. The homeowners probably need to replace the can opener soon as we had a hard time getting it to clamp down. There are no beach towels or hair dryers at the property, but since I had inquired about these before arrival, we brought our own. The walk out to the beach is quite long, but beautiful and we had no problems traversing the massive dunes. The property is ocean front and the beach is expansive and beautiful. We would stay at this property again. Thanks for sharing it with us.

The Best Family Vacation

This was my first time to vacation with my grandchildren ages 5-14. Sea Our Point was a beautiful place to call home for a short 7 days! The view and air off the ocean from our balcony was awesome and my favorite place to sit in the Morgan’s evening. Be careful at night when going down the stairs to the boardwalk out to the beach. My daughter in-law missed the last step on our first night and suffered with a twisted ankle in a boot for the week... the walk up and over two dunes to the beach is long. The public access n one house down is longer, but not so much a hill. We found lots of shells up on the point! Emerald Isle is beautiful and family friendly. If you need bikes, Isle Cycle was awesome! We would stay at Sea Our Point again! Kathy

Excellent stay with family at Sea Our Point

Me, my wife, 5 year-old son, and in-laws had a wonderful stay. Deck and house (furniture, appliances, etc) are in near-new condition. House was incredibly clean on arrival. Kitchen was well-outfitted. Beds were comfortable. WiFi very good. Charcoal grill was in tip-top shape, too. The house also is very quiet with ample distance between the adjacent neighbors. House is about 5 minutes from Publix, Food Lion, gas, etc and about 12-15 minutes from Swansboro, a great, small town worth visiting for dinner/shopping. Guests with mobility issues may want to know that the walk to shore from the house is about 7-8 minutes down a long deck and through the dunes. My 5 year-old and I had no trouble and enjoyed the journey. (There were two fawns and a doe who came through there frequently). An elderly parent might struggle a bit. A tip to leave your chairs and umbrellas at the end of the deck to save yourself a few steps carrying stuff.
