Overall, a nice layout and clean place. The only thing that was not great was that the amenities did have limitations (missing pieces, no air hockey puck) and we could never get the theater room working. We reached out multiple times, but the equipment didn't seem to match the instructions the company had. They also said that the property was inspected before each visit, but this can't be true. Remotes were moved around before we arrived (not labeled, which was fun), and the missing equipment was easily noticed.

This is a fabulous property for big groups! The space is amazing! It is well stocked and the Rental Company is very quick to respond to questions/issues. I would highly recommend this property!

Home was big and comfortable. The amenities were not exactly as presented. The air hockey did not work, the pool table is really worn out. The grill was out of propane and was not replaced as needed so food plans changed at out expense. Eating out instead of food we brought. We did have a good time just not the best. Thanks

College graduation.

Fabulous place! Great layout to handle a large group with wonderful gathering areas and places to get away when needed. Well cared for and clean. Neighborhood beautiful and convenient. Our only issue is that communication with maintenance on issues was not addressed promptly and there was lack of updates and communication. We reported an issue the day we arrived that the projector in the TV room was not working. We received several calls / texts and finally a onsite visit our last day and maintenance didn't fix it. It seems like a waste of great space not to be able to use it. I saw this as an issue in another review so I was concerned about it coming in. The problem should be addressed and the theater functional given it's part of the package.

Great Place

The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay.

Christmas with family

Many nice things about this property. Game room was wonderful, a broken stove was replaced in 12 hrs (impressive!). Overall we had a good time. The things that were problamatic were ants in the kitchen ( had to throw away food that was covered in ants). The hot tub was cleaned by your guy on Mon Dec 23 but when I went in on Christmas morning it was smelly and turning green. I own a hot tub and this one did not get the attention it needed. The plumbing fixtures were never fixed despite plumbers coming to the house.. I would give your property a rating of 4 out of 5.

Ample space, lovely house

Very nice property, well stocked, and clean. The only little drawback was the parking. They said it was very limited and no street parking. We were worried because we had family coming from multiple areas and so we had multiple vehicles. It turns out the driveway was pretty large and, with a little creative maneuvering, we fit multiple vehicles.

50 Year Sorority reunion

The house was perfect for our reunion! It was so spacious and had plenty of room for us to gather and share memories. The location was convenient for us to get to the U of U, Red Butte Gardens and Park City and The Olympic training Park. Thank you so much.

Friends Getaway

The house was perfect for what our group needed. Everyone had plenty of space, the house was very clean and had a great backyard. There were a few things that could use some attention/need to be replaced but nothing that made us not want stay there again.

Great Place For Staff House

We used this rental as our "staff house" for our employees to stay from out of town while hosting a live work event. It was big enough to house our team and had lots of space and activities to keep people busy. Would stay again.

Lots of space

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 21 people staying, there was room for all. We did buy an extra coffee pot since there was only 1. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Would suggest another bunk in the movie room and maybe a curtain in the master bath so it can be used while people are in the room. Overall a great stay. would go back again.

Beautiful Millcreek home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home. There's activity for everyone. Rooms are beautiful and we loved it. Thank you for allowing us to make memories with our family. We needed a place of gathering and this weekend has been amazing.

Great space!

The house was great, provided excellent space for coworking and team bonding; kitchen was well appointed. The only 2 drawbacks were 1) alarm had unread messages and incessantly beeped until we cleared them (look a few days -, and 2) many of the lightbulbs were burned out/ did not work.

Bathroom woes

Basement bathtub was too stained and dirty to be used and the faucet handle fell off when we tried to clean it. The main bathroom had a very mildew smelling curtain. The master bath had mineral deposits that made the tub feel unclean. There were a dozen dead flies on the window sill in the master bedroom. The house was worn but worked well for our group. We left it very tidy and started the laundry as asked. All the trash was carefully contained and deposited in the cans. There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beautiful back yard and a large driveway made it a great place for a group. If the bathrooms can be updated and overall cleaned more thoroughly this would be a premier home and one we would use again.

Great house, but we had some issues

The check in process was a breeze. The overall home was perfect for our needs, however, we did have issues. The A/C was just replaced and hadn't cooled the house yet, so our first day was really hot. Maintenance came and he was really great -- helped us find fans, checked up on things, etc. The customer service people gave us the wrong wifi password, so none of our group could access the wifi for the first few hours. There is a chair downstairs where the foot rail is broken. On the back row of the theater chairs, the arm on the far left was literally only connected at the bottom, so it wobbled to the point where we thought it was going to fall completely off. The door to the theater doesn't latch at all without me using all of my strength to lift up on the knob. There is a huge patch in the wall of the theater that isn't painted and is poorly done. The left side of the foosball table has come apart. You can see the dowels where it is supposed to be connected. The water in the door on the fridge is warm. The steps leading to the back door are not done to code. The thickness of each step is different. We had 3 of our group fall on those steps. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. I brought most of what I cooked with from home. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay.
