Great place!

This place worked out perfectly for our family and friends! The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of towels and the place was so clean! We would recommend this place to anyone.

Family Beach Weekend

We had an amazing time, this property is ideal for larger families. It was very cozy and very short walk to the beach. The amenities we great. We would highly recommend!

Great Getaway Villa

Home has excellent location next to the direct beach access. Completely fenced with off street parking for multiple vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with 24 hour security with guarded community gate access. Beds are comfortable! HiFi is fast and stable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Professional property management that is super responsive to any issue or question. Definitely returning!

Nice home very spacious and family friendly.

Right on the beach. Very clean, air conditioner works great. Had a lot of the little things you would have at home like plates, bowls, pots, and pans, towels. Nice patio for grilling outdoors. Overall all a great home.

Absolutely wonderful place!

Kim’s place is perfect for a quiet peaceful getaway! The house is well equipped with anything you may need. It has a beautiful large yard that is perfect for your dog. The community is wonderful and quiet. There was security that drove around quite frequently which made us feel extra safe. And the best part is it’s just steps from the beach! We enjoyed many sunset walks with our dogs, the fire pit and stargazing at night and don’t forget to visit the Oyster farm for some amazing seafood!

Great place for a dog happy vacation

Had a great time staying at Casa Estrella. The big fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. It was a quick 30 second walk to the beach. House was nice and clean. Loved the how the kitchen was off the deck making it great to have coffee and watch the ocean. Would definitely would stay here again. The space underneath the driveway gate is big enough for dogs to crawl under. We found things to block it off with though and it was just fine.

Memorial Weekend Trip

The property was prefect for our family vacation. Very clean upon arrival. It accommodated 4 family's, 7 adults, 3 children and a dogs! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we had plenty of room for everyone. The host were amazing and helped us in need of special request! The dogs had plenty of room outside to run and it is completely fenced and didn't have to worry about them running away! This is the second time we have used this property and will definitely use it again!

Beach home comfort

My family truly enjoyed all the comfort your home provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with required utensils and pots. Loved the gas stove especially since we love to cook. Only fault at times was that the water pressure was low (if someone was using it for showering it was practically nil in the kitchen). We loved the remote beach which gave such joy to our children and their families. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Can’t wait to stay again!!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving. My husband, 26 year old daughter, 27 year old daughter with her husband, and our 3 dogs. The most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to (including California and Hawaii). All sand, no rocks, as far as the tide went out. This was the dogs first time at the beach and they LOVED it! It was wonderful to know they were safe in the huge secure yard. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had every possible kitchen tool we could ask for. I’ve already recommended the property to someone at work who wants to go to RP and bring their dog. 💕

Not an ocean front property

The two story property was not expected and we were under the impression that it was an ocean front property. When we walked in there were poop stains i the living room floor and I had to sweep and mop the floor. Thank you

Great family vacation spot

Lots of room, steps to the beach, big yard for our dog. Wonderful upstairs wraparound deck for relaxing, firepit for gathering in evening and plenty of space indoor for a family holiday dinner. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed and there was safe paring inside gate for 3-4 cars. Great beach house.

Steps to the beach

Property was just as described. All amenities were provided as listed such as towels for bathing, all kitchen needs, extra pillows and blankets for pull out sofa, and more! Everything was clean, organized. The sheets smelled amazingly fresh. (please let me know what laundry soap you use) We had a damp rag left on one of the night stands from when they were cleaning before we came in that we used to wipe down the outside table and whatnot. The upstairs sliding door was not locked and all the AC units were set at 21°C when we arrived. I specify this because these were specifically noted in the rules to have it at 23°C at the lowest and to lock up all doors and windows. The gate at the top of the stairs could also be updated so it locks in place easily. We had two visitors while we were there. One appeared to be a caretaker that I assumed was checking our water level after 24 hrs of being there since it was stressed in the rules that we ought to conserve water as much as possible. The second visitor was a little shady since he claimed he was there to upgrade the internet and thought it was okay for him to enter the house even though he was told we were just the renters. My husband was thankfully present at the property with our two youngest since this happened while I was down on the beach with the rest of our kids and he was able to tell him that he was not permitted inside the house unless the owners reached out to us to let us know he had permission. He was told that if he could not reach the owners, then we would contact them. He immediately left. Upon entering the property there appears to be a food truck setup with seafood and I only bring this up because while we were on the beach we were approached by someone selling the fruity cocktails and drinks like they do on the public beaches. It was a nice treat but I wonder if this is to be expected. Kim was extra helpful with our amendments to our reservation and also gave us valuable information like where to get the best burros. Unfortunately burros longos did not open the entire time we were there. This was by far the best experience I've had overnighting in Rocky Point. Added bonus of activities that were available to kids aside from hours on end at the beach combing for shells and watching wildlife, were the numerous dvd and vhs movies on top of all the board games. Definitely recommend this property and looking forward to booking our next stay with the Guethles for sure if they'll have us!

CASA ESTRELLA HOUSE, PLAYA ENCANTO

THE PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY AND DOGS AND ACCOMODATED US VERY WELL! THE HOME WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR OUR FAMILY OF 7 ADULTS AND 3 SMALL KIDS. NOT WORRYING ABOUT OUR DOGS GETTING OUT WAS A MUST AND THE LARGE FENCED YARD WAS PERFECT! SMALL DOGS MAY BE ABLE TO ESCAPE BUT GREAT FOR LARGE DOGS. I DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE! EASY WALK TO THE BEACH!!

Great property and quiet beach

Directions were clear and the neighborhood was quiet, even during spring break, which meant we had a lot of free-range on the beach. The property was very clean and in great condition, the enclosed property made it great for kids to playing the sand while the grownups were cooking and/or relaxing.

This place was awesome! If you looking for a get away with your own private beach, this is the place! Our kids had a blast and this home was perfect! Kim and Barney are amazing forks and respond in a timely manner! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The location to the beach was great. It is a very nice quiet area.

It fit our needs perfect. It was a nice fully stocked kitchen, making it nice to be able to hang out and cook with the family. Only downfall was it was a bit of a drive to town. The beach was beautiful!

A relaxing getaway on the beach with our dogs.

We were turned around driving into Puerto Penasco when we first arrived, thankfully our host was available to explain the directions. Arriving, we immediately could see we picked a special place. The beach house was beautiful with views of the ocean from every South East window. There was plenty of opertunity to let light and the sea breeze in in every room if you’d like. A lovely living room with a center island that opened up to a gorgeous patio with a view. The beds were comfertable- I did not miss my home bed. All the included amenities were thoughtful and we made good use out of what the house offered including beach tent and chairs. The beach was private, clean and easily enjoyed during both high and low tides. Our dogs got to zoom up and down the beach and swim with us in the ocean while we were not bothered by anyone else. The security was great, we never felt unsafe during our stay. We enjoyed the nightlife the neighboring communities offered but ultimately were happy with our secluded paradise. We are already booking our next stay! Thank you so much for the priceless memories, and the use of you beautiful home!
