Perfekt familj / golfare / par semester semesterort på Intracoastal Waterway !!

Denna 3 Br / 2Ba lägenhet ligger på tredje våningen med fantastisk utsikt över Intracoastal Waterway under en baldakin av majestätiska, århundrade gamla levande ekar. Tillgång till miles av promenader / cykelstigar steg från din dörr och bara fem minuters promenad till restauranger och modebutiker. Två golfbanor i världsklass inom en fem minuters bilresa!

Vackra anpassade dekorera med ett fullt utrustat gourmet kök med en Sub-Zero kylskåp och rostfritt stål KitchenAid apparater. Granit i kök och badrum, brons fixturer hela tillsammans med Ralph Lauren mattor och anpassade färg färger.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en separat soaker badkar och dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning säng, det tredje sovrummet har två tvillingar, och vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa. Den andra bad har en full storlek badkar / dusch.

Vår lägenhet har full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Enorma 27 "x 15" screening-in balkong / asfalt med en matplats och ett separat sittutrymme. Underbara pool, badtunna och cabana området har nyligen avslutats och öppnade.

No complaints at all about our stay. It was perfect! The condo and the property were clean and secure. We will definitely look to see if it is available again when we return to Palm Coast.

Great Balcony with a view

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. This unit has a huge screened balcony with a very nice view of the canal, where we enjoyed having our morning coffee. I also want to say that the owner was very accommodating as we were able to extend by a day and easy to get in touch with..

Great VROB

Beautiful condo that is clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who likes to cook during their stay-- high end appliances and cooking utensils. The unit is quiet and in a great location to easily access the beaches or other Palm Coast attractions.

Fabulous

The condo was perfect for our family. The location was central to everything we were doing. It was well maintained and comfortable. Sitting out on the lanai in the evening was a perfect way to spend the day. The owners were great and communication with them was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again

Clean well stocked great location

The pictures don’t do justice for the property everything new and clean. Good staples available. The St Joes walkway beautiful. The screened in porch over looking the intercoastal so lovely. A really nice place.

Second time staying at this location. Still great location to beaches and activities. Still close to town and shops when you need day to day items. Would recommend to any family as has tons of space.

Great vacation

The whole booking experience and communications with the host were easy and seamless. We had a great stay at the condo. The location of the property contributed to the whole experience in a positive way, as it is close to St. Augustine, the beaches, and shopping. The screened terrace was our favorite spot. All the comforts of home

We enjoyed our week in Palm Coast. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a couple questions during the week and the owner Liz was very fast to respond to us. We visited St. Augustine, Daytona and Kennedy Space Center during our stay. This condo centrally located for tons of family fun. Our favorite part of the Condo was the beautiful back patio over looking the intercostal water way.

Beautiful Condo in Quiet Building

Stayed here for a week and looking forward to coming back. Condo is great space for families looking to relax and be close enough to everything without being in the middle of a tourist trap. Balcony is nice place to relax and have a meal or read a book. Had an issue where a pull chain on a fan broke, but I contacted Liz and she took care of it the next day. Very good communication and easy to follow instructions on getting into the unit.

Excellent!

We have vacationed in Palm Coast for several years. This was our first time at Palm Coast Resort and we were very happy with the condo. The condo is clean and comfortable. It feels like home as soon as you walk in. The location is excellent it’s close the beaches and shopping. The balcony is amazing and watching the boats go by was great. Thank you Liz and Tom for an awesome vacation rental. We look forward to returning.

Perfect!

The condo, building and surrounding property are beautiful and well cared for. The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we could ever need. We really enjoyed the pool and the screened in lanai, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching boats go by and our evenings sipping wine and watching the occasional thunderstorm. Lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping just a short drive away. We really enjoyed the many walking paths. The owners provided prompt and excellent communication. We can’t to go back, thanks so much for a great stay.!

Perfect place at Palm Coast

Upon arrival the condo was spotlessly clean. This rental is more than adequately equipped and in a beautiful location. The pool was much enjoyed, and the parking garage a nice bonus. If you have kids you MUST visit James Holland Park just a few minutes away. You cannot go wrong with this vacation rental. I would definitely recommend, and how to return one day.

Home away from home

The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Anything we needed was provided for. We loved sitting out in the screened porch for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching the boats go by in the river! We launched a jet ski from Bing’s Landing on the Intracoastal, had lunch at Captain’s BBQ, rented kayaks from the marina next door, went to the splash pad at James Holland park and Jungle Hut beach & had dinner at European Village! There were activities for everyone! Thank you Liz & Tom for sharing your home. Also want to give special thanks to your cleaning crew who did an amazing job!

Comfortable place, everything you need

Palm Coast Resort (PCR) is located in the heart of Palm Coast, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. We enjoyed taking daily walks on the miles of walking trails accessible right out the front door. Liz/Tom's place is very well appointed and comfortable. Their communication is excellent if you are ever in need.

Great Stay

We stayed for six weeks in winter. We had stayed in this building before and really like it for its location for walking, biking, the beach, and golf. There is also a great garage for parking. We enjoyed the condo. It was plenty roomy and the porch was wonderful with a great view of the Mantanzas River. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fine for what we needed. The Wifi and TV and music system were great. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is getting worn and dated. And we had to rearrange the lighting (which maybe could be improved) for reading. But overall it was a great stay.

This was a great property & convenient location.

Relaxing and Comfortable Condo

What an enjoyable stay we had in Palm Coast area and this condo made it it feel like home. The pictures are exactly what you get .. nice and clean with the beautiful screened in large porch. The place had plenty of room for us and another couple. Liz was very responsive during the rental process and made sure we had everything for our stay in the area. The walking paths are amazing and start right at the parking lot of the condo. Having the Intracoastal waterway outback was a plus seeing the Yachts motor by. I highly recommend this place for vacation and will be back next year!!

lovely condo, convenient location for both beach and town

We have relatives in Palm Coast and have stayed in several different rentals over the last 20 years. This condo was a perfect location for us to be near to our relatives in town, yet also have easy access to beaches (Jungle Hut park is a favorite) and on the A1A to St. Augustine. We enjoyed the view of the intracoastal waterway, the paths along the shore there, and the pool as well (note: pool is closed after dark). The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The manager was easy to contact via email and text, and quick to answer questions (and help when condo wi-fi went out briefly).

Beautiful condo with lots to do close by!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 5 nights and it was perfect! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to make you feel at home. We spent many mornings out in the screened in patio, which was our favorite part. The property is so peaceful with the intracoastal right there..loved it! It is very close to the beach. If you like a quieter beach, we found Jungle Hut beach, which was serene. However, we spent a lot of time at Flagler Beach which had lifeguards and places to eat, etc. Kokomos cafe is amazing! This condo is also only a 40 minute drive to St.Augustine, which is an incredible town filled with history. We loved our stay and Jeff was great about checking in on us! Thank you!

We bought this condo on the Intracoastal Waterway because it is very relaxing and peaceful, but we still have access to many amenities. We love to get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and read on the 27' screened in balcony/lanai. We look under a canopy of ancient Live Oak trees out to the waterway where we can enjoy the boats cruising up and down. We can't help but unwind and relax when we are here!

Private pool, hot tub and pool house with restrooms just for our building. Two fantastic golf courses within 5 minute drive. Palm Coast Marina is right next to the condo building with electric boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals and boat slip rentals only marina with gas for miles on the Intracoastal.
