This Beach house has so much to offer the many features include:
* Master Bedroom features a king size Bed, mounted flat screen tv, with private bath, with a walk-in shower.
* Queen nautical theme bedroom, with mounted flat screen tv
* Children's Bedroom with twin bunks, with a mounted flat screen tv & PS4 game station
* Family room has a new leather sofa and chair with a wide screen tv
* Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of seating for 6
* Washer/Dryer
* Outdoor hot/cold shower
* Nice seating area under the house with a flat screen tv
* WIFI and Cable is included
So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:
If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property
Must be 25 to rent (families)
Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine)
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)
We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come.
You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

* 22,000 sq ft of recreation area
* Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax
* Basketball court
* Shuffleboard
* 2 Playgrounds
* And not to forget the golf cart parades in the evenings
* Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall ( crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics )

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Nothing better than listening to the tranquility of the fountain from the top deck, or under the house. Better yet, fish from the deck. This is a newer home in the M section which is centrally located to all the amenities.
