Family vacation

The property was clean and was well represented on the website. It was a perfect location with walkability to restaurants, shopping and water excursions. We felt right at home in the property and enjoyed the space. We would choose this property again.

Family Get-away

This was perfect for our group of 6. Immaculately maintained, kitchen had all we needed and then some, beautiful view from the lanai. Whole condo was even better than the pictures and location provided just short walk to Black Rock snorkeling and also shops and restaurants. Only thing wrong was our stay was just too short; we want to return!

Peaceful Whale Watching Mornings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled and spacious condo in Kaanapali Beach. The view was perfect for morning whale watching and the beach in front of the property could not have been better for sunning and enjoying the calm clear water. It was an easy walk to Whaler's Village and a short drive to Lahaina. Our hosts were very communicative and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Family vacation

The condo was even better than advertised! Perfect space for 5 adults and 1 toddler. The large balcony had stunning views of the ocean. The location was awesome. We took walks every morning on the beach walk in front of the complex. The grills were perfect for evenings in. I highly recommend this unit!

Paradise

The location is prefect. You have all you need in the condo. You can walk either way down the beach walk for a cocktail and a snack at a variety of resorts. There are wonderful grill masters to grill your dinner for you. The bedding is very comfortable. You can't go wrong with this condo!

Great unit with views

Loved the location and the unit itself. College age kids thought the area was fun. Close to a mini shopping area with restaurants and casual eateries. I enjoyed the long, paved beach walk. The beach walk was shaded in the morning which I liked. Sunsets were great. You get great views of the water from the unit and the amenities within the unit were great.

Nice

Pretty property, basically on the beach. Due to a unit below us the water had to be shut off on two different days but they notified us before and shut it off at a time when we normally would not be in the unit anyway. Majority of the workers were very nice. Saw lots of whales sitting on the lanai and the unit is beautiful.

Comfortable accommodations

The accommodations were comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed like being at home. The only issue we had was with owners of another unit that were very rude and were very abusive & aggressive and foul mouthed to my daughter & her husband in front of their small children over parking that wasn’t even theirs. According to some of the staff we spoke with they are well known for this and I believe being forced out. Besides them we had a very good stay.

Lovely Unit, Great Communication from Owners

Everything was exactly as described. We also asked in advance about baby equipment and the owners responded promptly and with all relevant details.Our only issue was that the actual person who made the reservation (me) was not present at check in. Even though we had supplied all of the names of folks who were staying in the unit -- and we all had the same last name -- the staff at the front desk would not let them check in without contacting me (I was not reachable) or the owners.

Kaanapali paradise

Great location and accommodations. Close to everything. Check in process 4 stars versus 5 stars because the front desk doesn't really manage this property so was a little back and forth waiting for room to get cleaned. We got in at 415pm so not bad. Only thing I would say could be improvement (isn't the condo problem) is the parking for large SUVs. The inside garage is only place you can park and if you have a large SUV very limited spots and very tight parking. The outside areas have like a 6' clearance so you can't park outside....Other than that (minor) a fabulous stay and we would certainly rent again....mahalo

Perfect condo and property!

We absolutely loved our stay and were wishing we could stay longer!! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We walked to Whalers Village everyday for coffee, shaved ice and shopping. We even watched the luau at the Westin from our balcony one night. I will book this exact condo if we ever get to come back.

Great condo! Very clean and great view of the ocean. My family has made many trips to the Ali'i grounds over the years. Can't beat the location- steps from the pool and beach, short walk to Whaler's Village, and short walk to Starbucks at the Westin next door. Love it!

Great Stay

The condo was so clean and quiet and much more spacious than we expected. Location was great. The only thing we did not know was that the pool view from the pictures are not Kaanapali Alii. A little disappointed about the pool, but over all was a great trip. We had many great shows from the Luau from the balcony. Pretty great! The owners were great to communicate with and had no issues with that. The garbage disposal decided not to drain and the sink backed up at one point, however, one of the ladies in our group fixed it. Great trip
