Enjoy spending time with family and friends in this gorgeous home located near everything. This spacious three-bedroom home offers plenty of space for guests to spread out and have privacy. The well-equipped kitchen has everything guests will need to prepare meals and snacks. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee while planning the day's activities.

You'll find plenty of shopping at stores like Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Calvin Klein, G.H. Bass & Co., Clarks, and FOSSIL when you visit Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just two miles away. The Market Shops offers boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment, and is less than a mile away. You'll have a great time on the fairways of The Golf Garden of Destin, Baytowne Golf Club, and The Links Golf Club. Rent surfboards or bikes at YOLO Board + Beach, only three miles west.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of beds and great living room area/dining table with a place for everyone to sit. Having a tram to the beach was also a big plus! We definitely would recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated condo

Lots of room for 6 adults and baby! TV’s in every bedroom plus family room. Would definitely stay in same condo again. We’ve been coming to Tops’l for years, only place we stay in Destin.

Excellent Condo for Girls Trip

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and large enough for four ladies to vacation comfortably. The beds were all comfy and the bathrooms were all clean and modern. Only minor issue was that the shower heads in two of the bathrooms were not adjustable but the rest of the condo was great!!

Best Family Resort & Beach Trip!

We love Tops’l for the location, properties, amenities & especially the people who work there! The fitness/tennis staff is so friendly! Our condo was clean & well supplied for our 5 day vacation. The Summit view was incredible. Our flight didn’t leave until late on our last day & the office was very accommodating to allow us to stay on premises & enjoy the beach, tennis & fitness center. This was our 5th family trip staying at Tops’l & our best!

Perfect Condo!

I loved everything about this property. It accommodated 8 ladies perfectly! The views are amazing. Close to pool & beach! I only hoped that there was more amenities like toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent etc..
