Weâve made this condo - our staycation property, one that is quiet, fresh, and clean with all new appliances and furnishings, including our newly added Purple mattress. Find your Zen and treat yourself to this calming, clutter-free escape.

- Two Private third-floor balconies offer beautiful Waterfront / Marina views.
- Complimentary Community Wi-Fi and Private condo Wi-Fi. Condo has two flat-screen Smart TVs, Bluetooth-accessible Bose Soundbar, and a Bluetooth bathroom speaker.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with the new Queen size Purple Hybride Premier 4 mattress bed in the Master for a great night's rest and a Full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. All bedding is protected with anti-allergen covers.
- Kitchen includes all necessities, including combo Keurig/standard coffee maker.
- Enjoy Club access to the Pool, Hot Tub, and Barbecue Grills, as well as fishing from the dock.
- New floating Docks were installed in 2023, and there is a 30â boat slip with water & electricity (included) that can be rented for an extra $30 per day.
