Weâve made this condo - our staycation property, one that is quiet, fresh, and clean with all new appliances and furnishings, including our newly added Purple mattress. - Two Private third-floor balconies offer beautiful Waterfront / Marina views.
- Complimentary Community Wi-Fi and Private condo Wi-Fi. Condo has two flat-screen Smart TVs, Bluetooth-accessible Bose Soundbar, and a Bluetooth bathroom speaker.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with the new Queen size Purple Hybride Premier 4 mattress bed in the Master for a great night's rest and a Full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. All bedding is protected with anti-allergen covers.
- Kitchen includes all necessities, including combo Keurig/standard coffee maker.
- Enjoy Club access to the Pool, Hot Tub, and Barbecue Grills, as well as fishing from the dock.
- New floating Docks were installed in 2023, and there is a 30â boat slip with water & electricity (included) that can be rented for an extra $30 per day.
