Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! Our charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage is located on the prime ocean block on the northern end of Seaside Heights, NJ. This means you'll be just steps away from the pristine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our cottage is nestled within a large 4 family compound, ensuring privacy and seclusion, while also offering the convenience of being close to all the action. You'll have access to free parking, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car.

Step inside and you'll find a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and there's a dining area that can accommodate the whole family.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, making it perfect for a couple or a small family. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

Other things to note :

You will have access to the entire beach house with atleast 1 parking spot for each unit. No aggravation of finding parking or even paying over $50/spot
- Everything is so close by, that you dont even need to take your car out. From Restaurants to convenience stores, everything is walkable.
- Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills.
- This BEACH house is part of the 4 family large compound. Should you have interest, you can rent all other 3 units for a family reunion/ marriages / birthday parties etc.
- We are very friendly and we looking to forward to host laid-back and easy going friendly guests.
- Please be honest about number of people and pls do not invite over friends, who doesn't stay at our property or have them park here, if you do, You shall be escorted out without refund.
- We are NOT a party house and pls do not even attempt to have a house party. You shall be escorted out with police and charges will be filed - This is township ordinance. It’s not even worth it.

CLEANING : We have 2 cleaning crews who take the pride in getting your units ready and they are very meticulous in what they do. However, they are humans too and should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to call us within 2 hrs of your check in and We shall have them come back to reclean your property. Again, this is a vacation property at beach. Please come to relax and enjoy.

Recycling is law and our town enforces it very strictly, please follow the instructions to avoid the hefty penalties from town, that shall be passed on to the guest.

PARKING ::

Parking is premium in this town. We are one of handful of properties that provide FREE parking onsite. We provide parking for either 2 small cars or 1 full size suv or pickup. This is a great value of $250 in parking cost in a weekly rental.

BEACH Badges:

We provide 3 Free beach badges with the rental. This is again another $300 value for a week. Pls remember to leave it behind, each missing badges at the time of checkout would be charged at $80.

PETS :
While we welcome pets, we allow only small or medium size dogs that do not shed with our standard pet fee. No Large dogs or aggressive dogs are allowed. If you have more than 1 dog, pls reach out for any additional pet fee, if applicable.

- We DO NOT provide towels. please bring your own or you can buy from nearby stores
- We do provide pillows, sheets and comforters

LOCATION: We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Thursday and Sunday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.

WE RENT QUALITY HOME AND HOME IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUITE STREET ON NORTH END OF THE BEACH. WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE THE FOLLOWING

Pets are considered on case by case basis and there is an additional pet fee
No loud music or noise
No Prom
No unregistered guest OR invited guest in the apartment
No underage drinking
No subleasing
No rearranging furniture
Must be 25 and older to rent and must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation
Guest must follow township recycling and trash instructions
Guest must put dirty dishes, pot and pan in dishwasher to wash before checking out

OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS by new township ordinance

We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see below

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
