This condo is in a safe gated community on the south end of Estero Island! Bay Beach lane has panoramic views everywhere you look. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom has a beautiful traditional, yet costal feel. Fully furnished with high end appliances and elegant decor. The views from every window are spectacular. Sunrise from the living room & lanai seating over Estero Bay and sunset views from the kitchen and bedroom of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities include laundry room in the condo, an outdoor pool & jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball court, putting green, workout room, walking trails and private beach access a short walk away. Located on Gulf of Mexico with amazing sand & seashells for miles!

While Waterside is a community to enjoy in itself, you may want to check out the area, there is an adjacent marina with 42 deep water slips. Waterside residents and guests can also spend an enjoyable walk to the beach on a private deeded path. There are many different beaches in the area and if you love going to the beach you can check out each one. There is also a State Park nearby where you can enjoy the sights. This unit has a Bay view and View of the Gulf of Mexico and you can enjoy the sights as you unwind and enjoy the many amenities this property offers. Bring your luggage and choose this beautiful condo to have that vacation you have been looking forward to.

There is a monthly minimum and mid-month rentals are accepted. Please note, reservations need to be made at least 20 days in advance to allow for ample time for processing with the homeowners association.

The worst vacation ever....

Hurricane IAN destroyed most of the condos on the beach side and the owners told us that the infrastructure (like pool, elevator etc) is not yet working and refused a booking. Here in this apartment we were assured by mail that everything is working and fine. On arrival the guy wouldn't give us a pass because we have not been on his guest-list. Finally we got a pass for one night. Then we couldn't find the key for the apartment. With the help and local knowledge of neighbors we found the keys. The fridge and cupboards have been full with left-overs from previous gests. In the fridge was mold as well as on the icemaker at fridge door. The pool was closed for the rebuild, but could use another one in quite a distance. As we had no key for the gate we needed people inside to open the door. The roof was under construction 3 weeks out of our 6 weeks vacation, with hammering and drilling and a huge crane in front of big ceiling to floor window. Only one elevatoor was working and we had to share it with the roof people transporting the personel and material. The blew black dirt on our white car and the managment showed us where the hose is located, not very supportive. The floor in entrance lobby was coevered with dirty card board to protect the floor, the same was in the elevator, at the end of our stay the elevator really looked disgusting. With all these complaints we had no support from the owner and not at all from VRBO. We had to pay the full pre-season price.
