This luxurious contemporary villa, completely new (2022) and equipped with a heat pump for the swimming pool, dominates the coast in a spectacular way. It offers a panoramic and breathtaking 180° view of the sea as well as the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coasts. Beach at 800 meters.
Its large private infinity pool (10x3.6m) heated by solar energy overlooks the sea. The garden and its terrace contribute to the prestige of this villa. It also benefits from the terrace around the swimming pool, a spacious 60m2 terrace upstairs directly accessible from the bedrooms.
This villa whose warm and refined decoration will make you feel at home, has 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (180cm) which can be configured into 2 single beds of 90cm.
