Plenty of tables, chairs, and loungers are spread out around the spacious screened-in lanai, which provides you with protection from pests all while ensuring maximum sunlight. All of this gives you a feeling of pure serenity as you enjoy a poolside barbeque cooked up on the gas grill or recline on sun loungers, overlooking the turquoise waterway.

There’s not only a spacious lanai, there’s also a spacious heated pool that faces the canal, so that you can swim laps while enjoying the view. Stairs lead past the luscious grass yard down to the dock, where you can tie up a boat or cast a line in hopes of a Snook.

The serene, stylish interior features high ceilings and modern furnishings brightened by natural light through the numerous windows. The inside is flooded with ocean-themed décor and sea blue furniture that add a true tropical touch.

The kitchen, with recessed ceilings, comes with modern appliances and cookware. The curved quartz countertop with chairs gives your family plenty of eating space, and the dining room table looks out through the windows to the lanai and canal outside.

All the bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space and views of the waterway. The master suite features sliding door access to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and his-and-hers sinks.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer.

It also comes with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella for your short walk to the warm sands, turquoise waters and endless watersports of the Paradise Coast.

Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. You can also walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, specialty shops, fine dining and much more.
