You have a lovely walled garden at the rear with an above-ground pool and are in close proximity to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, the banks of the Loire, and the La Cheuille River. You can enjoy hiking from the house. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its pottery factory are 30 minutes away. You can enjoy many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon Castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau, etc.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, four bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190 cm), one of which has an adjoining baby alcove (crib and changing table). A shower room with toilet is located upstairs, with a baby bath and toiletry bags available.

A 400m² enclosed garden is available with garden furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing, a barbecue for socializing, and even an above-ground pool, pétanque sets, and Molkky that will delight children and adults alike!

Two adult bikes and one child's bike are available, as well as a balance bike, landing nets, fishing rods, board games, books in various locations around the house, and an electronic piano.
