4 bedroom, 3 bath modified split level on quiet lake in Maple Grove. Close to Minneapolis, so great for family get-togethers or traveling guests. Nicely updated with great lake views. Large yard and large deck with built-in hot tub (available approx. April through November). Summertime use of kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), paddle boat, and golf net. Basement has an additional bar, ping pong table and exercise area (treadmill, spin bike, mat, and weights).

Vacation perfection!

What an amazing space! Our family of four felt immediately at home when we arrived. The house was immaculate and had the view to match! Five minutes into our arrival we saw a deer crossing the back yard. Lots of other friendly wildlife (squirrels, ducks, bunnies, geese and their babies) as well as other water birds made for the perfect Minnesota summer vacation. The outdoor space was a wonderful evening retreat including the sparkling hot tub. Everything we could possibly need was included. We only needed to bring our clothes. Ample stores and dining super close by. We loved how secluded this property was as there was a dense wooded area on on side of the property. Owner was super nice and very responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip. All instructions were very clear. Such a lovely place! HIGHLY recommended! An additional floor fan in the master would allow for a bit more air circulation in the early evening. Each room had a fan which was great!

No Need to Drive 3 Hours to Find a Modern Lakefront Paradise

Spent the Memorial Day Weekend with our best friends. Only took us 30 minutes from the Twin Cities. Beautiful comfortable house with everything we could want and all of was modern and worked. Fished from the dock and caught bass, catfish and perch. Sat around the firepit, drank wine and listened to tunes. Barbecued, drank beer and wine and chilled out in the hot tub. And when we needed anything it was with in 5 minutes!! This place is spectacular!!!

Family reunion

The house and location were perfect for our gathering. Kitchen was fully equipped with food items for our use ; altho we did mainly takeout could imagine cooking a summer meal with waterfront games and boating at this perfect location. Enjoyed ping pong matches, hanging out in kitchen with family; massage chair and gas fireplace added to the amenities. Lots of space for privacy (reading, games, watching movies - several large screens). 5 minute drive to stores; 15 min drive to nature preserves for hiking/exploring; 30 min drive to Timberwolves game and airport. Comfortable beds and very clean. Owner is extremely responsive and accommodating . It was perfect - Thank you!!!

Phenomenal football weekend!

My buddies and I came from Jersey for the Rutgers/Minnesota game. The house was perfect every way and the owner was great with answering our questions. Lake, big deck, hot tub, fire pit……how could it get any better! Oh wait, not only was the bedding comfortable, the owner left us aero beds for anyone who wanted. Such a great experience I’ve already rented for Memorial Day weekend with the wife and our best friends!

Needed HQ for daughter’s wedding

I’ve rented a lot of places through VRBO but this home and this owner by far surpass any others! Bend over backward accommodating including an outstanding recommendation for an emergency trip to the dentist. The lower level with ping pong table and bar served as the florist shop for our family florist who created all floral arrangements for the wedding. Kitchen is gorgeous and huge perfect for family gathering. Lake view and deck… even with an inch of snow in mid October! I could go on but all you need is one word… AMAZIMG!! Thank you, Jill, for everything!!

Lake Stay

Family Memories

Quality family time becomes so important as we age. This VRBO gave us the space to do just that. Outdoor views with games and seating areas were the perfect touch. We have wonderful sunset photos to add to our family 5 day visit. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home in Maple Grove!

Wow! A gorgeous house and view! Nothing but great things to say about our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Fabulous family reunion

Had family members come from across the country for a family reunion. This property was perfect for us. Had everything we could ask for, and then some. Very comfortable home. Jill was outstanding to work with leading up to, during, and after our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a property in the Twin Cities.

Wonderful!

The home and property are beautiful! We enjoyed the extra amenities like the hot tub, massage chair, and ping pong table! The host was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions quickly and was very gracious. The home is spacious and was the perfect place to have the family get-together! Summer Vacation

We were looking for a place close to family and friends in the Minneapolis area. This Lake House was a perfect location and the great listing was exactly what we experienced staying there. The house was perfect for our family and entertaining friends. Lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the equipment that was available. And Jill was a tremendous host accommodating in every way.

Perfect Week

Week away with family was phenomenal. Great communication from owner who was available to answer questions even during the week. Quiet location, great weather and beautiful sunsets every night made the week very memorable. Listing is very accurate and we would definitely return!!

Perfect getaway for relaxation

The home is beautiful and has everything you need to entertain without having to go anywhere. We loved the walking path around the lake. The deck with the hot tub was spacious for all of us to spend countless hours outside enjoying the beautiful weather and watching the kids kayaking on the lake. So much to do at this home we didn’t get to do it all. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Waterfront Vacation House

Wonderful vacation home

This rental was absolutely fabulous. Surprised at how nice everything was from cleanliness to well stocked kitchen to nice furniture and lots of fun toys for adults. View was beautiful and the owner was very very nice. Next time I’m definitely staying longer. By far this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend to anyone

That sunset though!!!

Wow! We were super impressed with this home. Super clean and they literally had everything you could think of. We wish the fishing was a little better but we loved trying out different lakes too! We had a fabulous time!
