- Living room - lounge - dining area : Sofa bed, TV, exit to the east facing balcony
- Kitchen open to the living room with :
* Cooking plates
* Fridge
* Oven
* Microwave oven
* Dishwasher.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC
 The beds are equipped with duvets
HOTELS SERVICES included :
- Bed linen, towels
- Cleaning at the end of the stay except for the kitchen
The following services are not included but are available at extra cost and on reservation:
- Wifi (mini box 5G per day) 39.00 euros
- compulsory covered public parking: To book directly with the service provider INDIGO
