This home was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Beautiful Lake View. Incredibly relaxing and quiet and the host clearly thought of everything and then some. He also had the quickest response to any message that I sent. Every amenity you could ever want, and so many things that we would never have thought of. We sat on the deck and watched many deer, many of their babies too, Fox, birds... I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!!! Caleb Rocks!!!!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Canyon Lake. Even though the lake was low, there was still a lot to do to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Great views and time

Had a great stay. The decks and the views from them are fantastic. Caleb was great and communication was easy, although we didn't need anything that wasn't already there. We would stay again.

Great mini vacation on the lake

Loved staying at this cozy lake house, beds comfy, kids loved running on the big property. Lake was low which was the only down fall. But the house, game room and over all stay was terrific. We would stay at this place again. Also LOVED las barcas mexican near by, delicious!

Family weekend

Clean and comfortable place. Great view of Canyon Lake from the balcony! House is close to boat ramp 7. We enjoyed hanging out in the game room playing pool when we weren’t on the lake.

A little piece of Heaven on Earth

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Water Bungalow. The host, Caleb, was welcoming and responsive, the house was clean and well kept, and the view was spectacular! It was perfect for our family. The game room was a huge hit with the teenagers. The only downside was our time there was too short! We will be sure to come back again soon.

Great view

Place was great, beautiful view, clean and had everything you need. Beach access 👎. Lake water level is approximately 20 ft low and the climb down to the water was too steep. We ended up at Comal Park must of the trip.

Hey Javier yes the lake is about 14 feet low right now. I really wish we could control this. Also, I’m sorry the walk down to the water was too steep for you. It is approx 75 yards but we have never had any complaints that is was too steep. The t is a gradual decline all the way to the water. That is why we upload pictures of the entire property including the backyard so that you are aware of what it looks like before you arrive. I’m glad you enjoyed the place. I recommend researching the lake and the property you are staying at (look at the pictures) before you book someone else’s property in the future.

Great view

Everything was great for our stay. Communication was good when we needed stuff. The only downside is the lake levels are so low you aren’t able to swim/fish from the house. There are some other local areas to swim. Canyon park and overlook park.

Great Lake access property

We had a fabulous trip, it is right at the lake. Very clean and has so many extras. The view is amazing. Sunset is worth taking pictures. We have stayed in several places in Canyon Lake but never on the Lake. We will always choose on the Lake from here on out. Hoping this place is available for our next trip.

Fantastic views & great place for teens

The house was super clean and well stocked for guests. I really appreciate houses that feel like homes and are well cared for this place fit the bill. Our teenage son LOVED the separate building with pool table and screens and pretty much the whole time up there. Us parents appreciated the quiet, listening to the birds and hanging out on the porch, The lake is just a short walk down the hill and provided tons of fun for our lab. We really enjoyed this house and hope to return soon.

Great for the Family

This was a good stay for a short weekend with the family. Could comfortably sleep 12 but was good for our group of 6. Right off the lake with a kayak and floaters available. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in addition to a large laundry room and kitchen. The game room doubles as a private sleeping space with a bathroom. There is no dock or patio area on the lake but is still a good experience for those not water bound. Again., great for a family get away on the lake. Lots of attractions close by.

GREAT VIEW OF LAKE! VERY RELAXING!

Views of lake are excellent! Abundance of wildlife in the backyard and all throughout neighborhood. It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. House was fully stocked with anything you could need. Bed was better than anywhere else I’ve stayed. Caleb was very quick to respond. We didn’t have any kids but there was plenty for them to do if we did. Definitely coming back to this paradise.

Great property

The Blue Water Bungalow was a perfect set-up for me and my husband to enjoy a few days of peace & get-away at Canyon Lake. Our daughter, SIL and grandson came over for the afternoon & also enjoyed the porch and fishing from the shore. All furnishings were clean and comfortable. Check-in and out were seamless. Mid-week April was a quiet time around the lake, which we enjoyed - imagine the summer months are quite active. I definitely recommend this property for a couple or small-medium sized family :-)

We love Canyon Lake!!!

My family had a great time! My husband and I came with our kids (age 5 and 7) and my mom. The game room was fun for the kids. View is spectacular. Host was very nice. Was a perfect house for us. We brought our boat and parking was plenty of room. AC had to be kept at 74 which I though may be hot but it was surprisingly comfortable especially with the good fans throughout the house. The game room is super cold which is perfect after being in the sun all day. Great time! Great house!
