Harwich

Clean, comfortable, well stocked rental in a perfect location on Cape Cod. The owner was accommodating….left pool open for our use when it normally would have been closed! Many choices for gathering inside and out. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinners with friends. Highly recommend!

Mother’s Day Weekend

Older house with character, charm and plenty of modern updates. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Nice, quiet neighborhood with all the Cape has to offer within easy reach.

Awesome

We had a wonderful time renting this property. This was a beautiful house with a lot of the original charm in place despite a couple of upgrades. It was a great central place on Cape Cod that allowed us to explore a lot of different areas. Also, when we had an issue with the hot water, the owners were very responsive and got it taken care of right away. Finally, the hot tub was the perfect way to wind up some busy days! Anyone planning on visiting the area should definitely consider this property.

Best 80th Birthday Present Ever!

We took our parents, who both turned 80 this year, to stay in The Cape. We have visited numerous times I've the past few decades and have always loved it. Now that we're older and don't necessarily want to swim in the ocean, we thought a pool would be a great idea; not to mention we have a ten that loves to swim as well. It was perfect. While the weather didn't cooperate everyday, we did get plenty of swimming in. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and a teenager. We only used the hot tub once, but it was lovely. There was a living room with a TV and a den off the kitchen with a TV. So, if people wanted to watch different things, they could. The house was very centrally located. It was easy to get to all the towns we wanted to visit. Each bedroom had an air conditioner window unit, which was really good because the upstairs did get very warm. The beds were made when we arrived and towels were provided, which was nice and a few less things for us to pack. We had a great time and really appreciate the welcome gift from the owners as well. Thanks for a great trip.

Amazing Cape House with great Amenities!

I stayed at Stefan’s beautiful Cape house during Memorial Day weekend with a group of friends. It was the perfect house for entertaining with a big kitchen, pool, hot tub, grill, and tons of beds and towels. The house was spotless and the check in and out process could not have been easier. The house is in a great location, close to downtown Harwich and Chatham and a short drive to anywhere else on the Cape. I would highly recommend staying here for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!
