Very clean & cozy !

Location was great. Publix grocery is about a 2 minute drive. It’s in a central area close to all the restaurants & shows. The bed was comfortable. This is great for a couple or small family.

Anniversary Retreat

We liked the location, the unit was clean, and had all the basic necessities. The only con was that there wasn’t a ceiling fan in bedroom but other then that was a great stay!

Overall Stay

This was a good place to stay in Pigeon Forge, close to everything. There could be a couple of upgrades to make this a great place to stay; lighting in the restroom was very dim, no overhead light in the bedroom, bedroom needed a full length mirror, and lastly this was clearly an apartment complex not a condominium.

Good quarters

Property was very clean inside and out. Quiet and good for resting. Close to everything. Construction on water or gas line was going on detours made it a little inconvenient to get to, but that was not property owners fault. Nicely supplied with dishes,pots,pans etc would definitely stay there again.

Clean condo in great location

Condo was exactly as described. Perfect location within walking distance of many PF attractions. Came with an easy checkin process and simple access to rental.

Family vacation 2024

We enjoyed the location and cleanliness over all .The downside was that the pool was covered and not accessible. It would have been nice to have been warned ahead of time of the pool being closed . Other than that we really didn't have any complaints.

Close to Major Attractions

We usually prefer to stay in a cabin, but because of making reservations a little late we decided to stay here. Positives: the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of room for two people. The location is very handy and many restaurants and other attractions are within walking distance. I didn't find the close proximity to the main drag to cause significant noise issues. Negatives: The internet was very slow. I tested the speed and often times it was barely more than 1 Mbps. So if you need to do important work via the web, then this isn't good. Counter space in the kitchen area is very small. Overall though, this is a decent place to stay and I would recommend staying here.

Short Stay in Pigeon Forge

Nice, clean, quiet, convenient location to everything on the Parkway. Our only problem: the internet did not work and there was no one available locally to help us. Our host communicated with us over the phone and was kind but, the issue was not resolved. The host was very fair and refunded us a fair amount due to the inconvenience. Overall, a good experience!

Bigger than pictured

This property I assumed was going to be really small but it was actually quite spacious. Maybe 15-20 minutes from the entrance of the Smokey Mountains National Park. Houses 3 adults very comfortably.

Great Trip, Great Condo

We chose this listing for a mother/daughter trip to the Pigeon Firge Area. This condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being close to the Parkway and just down the street from the Publix. Would definitely recommend this listing to those planning to visit the area.

Nice location

It was hard opening the box to get the door key upon arrival. Didn’t like the tv. Not up to date on all that separate choices of Netflix, Tubi, showtime, hbo. The area seemed a little sketchy but it was very convenient to attractions.

Nice Stay

The condo was clean and we had all we needed for our stay in Pigeon Forge. The condo is one block off of Parkway and walking distance to many attractions. We enjoyed early morning walks in the neighborhood each day. Our purpose for being in Pigeon Forge was to watch our grandsons play baseball at the Cal Ripken Experience and this condo was about a 5 minute drive to the park. Nice! The condo is on the second floor and there isn't an elevator, which could be an issues for some travelers. It was fine for us.

Very pleased ! Property manager was very helpful and friendly!

We have no complaints besides no elevator lol. Only because we pack a lot and have the 4 of us. But it wasn't a real issue being on only the 2nd floor . We made it work ☺ would recommend to anyone!!!
