Spacious South Reno Home Getaway

This non-smoking, pet-free, shoe-free, beautiful, spacious, quiet home is perfect for a family and/or friends of up to 10 people (no more than 10 max). Rent the entire home with 3 bedrooms upstairs & one guest suite bedroom downstairs and also a sofa sleeper for 2. The main kitchen is large, gas stove, completely filled with all the goodies you will need to have a “cozy, stay home feel”. There’s an attached guest suite which has an additional fridge, portable stove, bedroom & bathroom. Home has outdoor cameras & also in the garage for your safety & ours. (Note: Any tampering/blocking cameras will void your reservation immediately with no refunds).
Home is close to shopping, skiing, hiking, casinos, water park, bowling, and plenty of delicious dining choices. Directly behind the home is a walking trail where you may find wild horses, and families taking a daily stroll or jog.
You will find Mt. Rose ski resort, Galena Creek, Atlantis, Peppermill, Grand Sierra Resort and Shopping outlet & Scheel’s, Airport & the Convention Center all within 15 minutes from the house.
We ask guests to kindly remove your shoes in the home. We provide slippers or you may bring your own, too.

We have stayed many times at this clean, cozy, beautiful home in the perfect location. We can't say enough about our stay, location, and property management. They are always accommodating and helpful and go beyond. This is our go to spot when in Reno!

Perfect set-up

Our family was in town for a wedding. One of my son’s and his wife and infant son were with us and the guest suite was the perfect place for them to have some privacy and down time. Perfect set-up for our situation.

A wonderful stay

We came for Hot August nights and it was a wonderful stay. The home was beautifully decorated and so clean!! The owner made herself available by messenger for any assistance. I look forwarding to booking again next year.

Wonderful house and host

The home was beautiful and relaxing. The home was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location well access to shopping and good dining options. The host was very quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant oasis!

Very nice home in a new neighborhood! Very clean house…well kept yard…nicely appointed. We had plenty of space for a group of 9. The outdoor space was relaxing. There was a good trail/path for running & walking. Our host was very responsive at booking, at checkin and during our stay. We would highly recommend.

Perfect accommodations for a large family

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We were all very relaxed. The open kitchen-dining room arrangement allowed us to share meals, games, and laughter. The location was a perfect distance from downtown Reno. We could not have asked for a nicer place to gather. Great Host, Great House

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this house. It is always immaculate and well equiped. On this trip, I booked the wrong dates and discovered this at the last minute. Liana worked with us to extend our stay even though it put her cleaning crew in a bind. Don't hesitate to book this VRBO.....it may be gone!

Family Birthday Weekend

This property is large enough to comfortably fit 10 people. The in-law suite in the front of the house is really useful too with another small kitchen. They keep it very clean and I am picky about cleanliness. I loved all of the air purifiers and fans everywhere. They are friendly to work with and very accessible during the stay. It was a really nice place for our family to stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home, Great location, Accommodating management!

We have rented this home multiple times. We cannot say enough about the property. It is perfect for families, kids, and multiple couples. It has everything one needs and is close to all the attractions of Reno. Beds are comfortable,kitchen has all that is needed. The home is cozy, inviting, and nicely decorated. The host is accessible and ready to answer questions or handle any need that may come up. We will be back!

Amazingly perfect end of summer vacation!

Everything about our stay in Reno was perfect. Ed and Liana's home and hospitality was more than five stars! Our daughters and grandchildren could not have been happier with the room to roam, the games to play, the relaxing fountain in the back and the gourmet kitchen. There was a wonderful gift left for us upon arrival which was so very sweet (and well used at the waterpark)! We will definitely be back for another summer adventure. I cannot thank Ed and Liana enough for being so accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process and for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home!

Very nice accommodations in south Reno

Excellent lay out. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Universal tv remote wasn’t working so we used the Sony tv remote and cable remote after a hour of working on it. Bed topping in the downstairs bedroom was too firm for me. It was uncomfortable because I have an arthritic hip that needs surgery.

Wedding Party

We needed a home large enough for our wedding party and close to the wedding venue and this beautiful home not only met our needs but surpassed them. This beautiful home is spacious, full of top of the line amenities (air purifies and Dyson fans throughout the home to name a few), close to EVERYTHING and the owner checked on us regularly to ensure that we had all that we needed. I cannot thank Liana enough for being a part of the success of my daughters wedding. I wish I could give 10 stars.

A wonderful stay in Reno

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The home is lovely with plenty of amenities for all ages. Our host was very attentive to all our needs. The area is beautiful. The check in process was very easy.The wild horses in the neighborhood was a plus. The host allowed us to use their sleds to go to the snow park, which was great. I definitely recommend this property to any family of friends groups visiting Reno. The house was easy to find and in a great area with plenty of restaurants and stores near by. It was only a few minutes from the main Reno strip.
