This "COZY" studio cabin is located around the corner from Lake Taneycomo! With beautiful views of the Ozark trees, the lake, and more. Step outside morning or night and watch the local deer. Within walking distance you will have La Pizza Cellar, White River Coffee house, and fishing on Lake Taneycomo. Only 10 minutes from Branson and just a few miles from Bull Shoals Powersite dam.

The space
This is not a brand new cabin, but has been updated in 2020. We left all the original knotty pine walls. This is a STUDIO cabin therefore we named it our "cozy" cabin.
Our intention was to tidy this cozy space and leave its history. Enjoy a private bathroom and shower. A small stove, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Keyless entry. There are assigned parking spaces. Our cabin is located on a large property with 4 other cabins spaced out. Feel free to walk around and enjoy nature with the respect of others.
NEW smart TV. local wifi is available BUT hard to connect to at times in this cabin. We have purchased a smart tv allowing cell phone wifi or Hotspot connections.

Great little reprieve!

Great little cabins when in the area. They're small, so perfect for one or two people. Not far at all to the lake, Branson proper, or SDC. Clean, simple kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, and an effective AC. Perfect to rest and sleep after the days activities for the price.

Perfect

Upon arrival, we found the grounds very clean and welcoming. Everything looked very well maintained. Out Cabin was spotless, Cozy, and inviting. Perfect get away and was conveniently located to make everything we wanted to do, only a short drive away. We will be back again, and will stay here again when we do return.

Darling Cabin

First off, I mistakingly booked for the wrong dates and when I contacted the host upon arrival he was able to accommodate us right there on the spot. As we walked in we were greeted by bottles of water and chocolate chip cookies on a lovely tray. Nothing negative to say about the cabin, the host(s), or our experience in Rockaway Beach. Our only want would be for the pool to be functional. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Everything was Great.........Except

Everything was great,,,,,,,,,,We would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful there. Very cute cabin. The only complaint we had was the bathroom sink just dribbled some water, so had to use the kitchen to brush teeth etc. We did contact the owner, and they thanked us for the information and said they would look into it. This was Cabin #1 Other than that, it was Wonderful

Awesome Cabin and Host by Paul and Shirley, guests

First and foremost the cabin was DOG FRIENDLY. The host gave us a ton of info about the local restaurants and activities. The White River was within a stone's throw. Yes, we finished and our dog went,too. We saw the play, Esther. This is a must see. We had a small kichen. nice bathroom towels, and a most comfortable bed. It was a nice place to unwind. Cabin had not been cleaned, had to move back and forth to another cabin. Not a relaxing stay when you have to move back and forth between cabins. Would have been better to leave and get a motel room!

Excellent except for one thing…

I enjoyed everything about this cabin. Property manager very helpful and gets back to you right away. It was very clean and I felt very safe. The only complaint I had was the bed. If you like overly soft with no support then you will be in the right place. But if you need supports as I do then you should look eles where. If the mattress problem was fixed I would definitely stay every time I go to Branson.

Thanksgiving Holiday Honeymoon

Had the most glorious Thanksgiving Week here. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again. Celebrating our Honeymoon in the "Cozy Cabin" (#1 of the 4 cabins on site). Dollar General, Pizza Place, and Coffee Shop within walking distance. Beautiful views of the mountains and river. A real treat away from the hustle and bustle. They even thought of our furry friends and had treats, potty bags, and a sweet welcome note for us all. The thoughtful details put it over the top. Feels just like home. There is even a wooded field trail 3 minutes from the cabin where your fur babies can run free (if they used to being off leash). Cozy Cabin #1 - Updated Heating/AC Indoor Unit and front deck. Roku TV. Wifi. Decorated for the Christmas Season. Very Comfortable Queen Sized Bed. Basic linens, towels, dishes, and coffee makings provided. View of River and Mountains Sunsets from front porch. So quiet here that the deer come right up to the front yard area. Can Walk to Pizza, Coffee, and Dollar General. Nice paved roads very little traffic.

Mini vacation

Timeshare for sale!!!! This is more to our liking!!

More than we expected! The pictures don't show that it has an awesome mini-deck with table and chairs. It also has central A/C now. CLEAN. No Smells, until I made bacon. [sorry, not sorry]. Adorable! I wish I had stayed here before I succumbed to the timeshare pitch down the road. This time, we didn't even need to go to Branson for anything. My husband caught multiple trout and I went thrifting in Rockaway and Forsythe. I highly recommend "Tattered Nuggets" thrift shop and the awesome coffee shop, as well as the pizza at La Pizza Cellar. I haven't had decent pizza like this since I left Illinois!!! We can't wait to come back. Anyone want to buy our timeshare???

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin. Very nice decor with everything you need for a homey stay. The property managers were onsite working on the property. They were very nice folks. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. The cabin now has a little patio to sit outside.

Very Cozy

Perfect size for my granddaughter, myself and my dog. Host were so gracious and cottage had everything we needed. I love that it's off the beaten path of Branson. Pizza is fantastic down the street and coffee shop is perfect for those lazy morning strolls. Very peaceful.
