This spacious condo is located on the MeadowRidge resort, just six and a half miles from the Winter Park Resort. The family-friendly space has a deck accessible from the living room and a patio off of a lower bedroom. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room to keep you nice and warm during your stay. The full kitchen is well equipped with all the tools you need. But no vacation is complete without a barbecue, and MeadowRidge 21-06 happens to be equipped with a convenient private gas grill. When staying at Meadow Ridge, guests have full access to the amenities at the clubhouse. There is an outdoor, heated pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. The clubhouse also includes coin-operated laundry facilities, an exercise room, a racquetball court, tennis court (summer only), and an on-site ski shop.

Peaceful and convenient

The place had a comfortable home vibe right from the start! Easy parking - peaceful area and close to a great grocery store! Plenty of room and a nice kitchen to cook in- loved it!

good stay but no balcony access

great stay, had everything we could need. only thing I would say is clean the snow off the balcony so we could actually have access it. It was our second time there and we still have never been able to use the balcony or grill for the superbowl because of the snow and ice cicled on the balcony.

Great location and budget

This was perfect for us, youll not get as good a location for this price. bus goes right to the condo too if you dont have a car. club house is walking distance and has lockers for changing after hot tub, as well as lots of showers which is great so that 8 people arent waiting on the 2 showers at the house. toaster is broken but they have 2 coffee pots and 2 slow cookers which is clutch for cooking big meals for everyone. plenty of pots and pans. wood burning fire place. beds are super old and are massively caved in but still fine. would absolutely stay here again.

Needs some improvements

The condo was clean, conveniently located and the rec facilities were great for our kids. The only reason we gave this rental 3 stars is because of the beds. The mattresses are old, uncomfortable and need to be replaced. There is nothing worse than skiing hard a full day and then toss and turn at night because you can’t get comfortable on mattresses that sink in the middle.

We stayed 5 nights,location is pretty good.Overall not a good experience we've had.Entry door is on the other side of the building sonyou have too haul all the luggage, skis etc around the building up the concrete steps.Heating was either too hot or too cold.Stairs really noisy in the entire unit.On top of that we shared the unt with the mouse which was really disgusting.Not really recommending this unit.

Perfect for family of 4!

Perfect condo for our family if 4. The owners put so many nice touches into the place and the furniture was comfy. Great location right I. The bus line and we live the fireplace.

Good location, uncomfortable beds

Good location to get to Winter Park mountain, with bus line pick up right next to the place. Mattresses desperately need replacing, and kitchen is not well equipped.

Great value, just missed 5 stars though

This was central to all our vacation activities. It was a nice home that we really settled into. Enjoyed a couple of family game nights around the big dining table. It was clean and well maintained. Only a couple of oversights. When we arrived the washing machine had a finished load of towels that they forgot about and there was no extra toilet paper so we had to purchase a package. Without that inconvenience it would be a 5 rating.

The condo was good and our family enjoyed it. The kitchen was well stocked, and the washer/dryer was very helpful. Space was advertised and adequate. Access to the club house was a big plus. Improvements could include: 1) A new living room couch (the current one has three 2x4s added to provide support, but they are too short and often slide out of position causing you to sink deeply). 2) Cleaner/newer windows (with the sun shining on the kitchen window you literally could not see out of it).

Comfortable and lived in

This condo was clean warm and cozy. Close to Winter Park and right across from snow tubing. Close to the market which was great because if you don’t make reservations for dinner a few weeks in advance your not getting dinner. The condo is not fancy but if you want fancy you can pay way more for fancier condos. My only suggestion is everyone goes to sleep at the same time. The downstairs rooms are super creaky you’ll hear every step from up stairs. Would I stay again? Yes, our family had a great time.

Clean, good location

Everything was clean, decent space. Did have a washer and dryer! Right by the lift system that takes you to ski resort, even locals take free bus because of limited parking at resort.

Thoroughly enjoyable! Great clubhouse

Really enjoyed our stay during Fathers’ Day weekend. Rooms were cozy and kitchen was very usable. Clubhouse access with pool, weights, racket ball and tennis was great for the kids. Only concern was the internet was not working; there was a signal, but no data in or out, so no streaming services through smart tv. Actually a relief to not have it, though. ;)

July 2017 Stay

Had a great family vacation in Fraser. Condo met our family needs for the most part. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Had some issues with the window in the loft not opening and blinds broken. We reported the problem but maintenance did not arrive to repair. Shower curtains need to be replaced as typical shower grim has collected - kind of gross. These small issues were minor in our opinion.

Comfortable Condo

We had plenty of room. Everything was clean when we arrived. It was easy to get to Winter Park Resort, etc. Great unit!

Great getaway!

Only stayed for two nights, but the kitchen was so well stocked and it was very warm and cozy. Only drawback was that it was actually nice out and the deck was filled with snow and ice, couldn't get to the grill.

Loved It!

This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed after a day of tubing in Fraser. Kitchen was well stocked for breakfast and the beds were comfy - for all three families. We will be back - thank you!
