Moonraker #38 is a great condo for your family and friends. Nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, this condo features skyline Gulf views from the large open porch. The deeded access to the beach is simply a short walk across the street!
Note - this unit is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs. There is not an elevator, however, the views are worth the climb!
The Space:
Moonraker #38 has 2 bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen and a Twin Bed. The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, 2 guest chairs and a Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen/ Bar area has bar stools with seating for 3 and the Dining Area table seats 4. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary essentials and a Washer / Dryer is included as well. The Condo Complex also offers a beautiful outdoor pool and BBQ area for your enjoyment.
** Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay. **

Moonraker #38 is centrally located and is very close to many restaurants, lounges, shopping and groceries. Other area attractions include The Wharf Amphitheater, Dining and Shopping areas, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tangier Outlet Mall, Pinnacle Shopping Center and exclusive golf courses. Biloxi, MS casinos are only a couple hours away!
