Welcome to the Ecolieu Ă Saveur de l'Instant, an ecological and family-friendly estate in Burgundy. The KotaPeacock welcomes you, solo or as a couple, for an immersive stay in the heart of nature. Enjoy the Mandala Garden, the birdsong, and the natural pool to recharge your batteries.
At breakfast, you can taste garden produce, honey from our hives, wood-fired bread, and cheeses from the neighboring farm.
On-site, you can reserve bicycles, hammam sessions, and massages. Contact us for more information.

Welcome to the Ecolieu Ă Flavor of the Moment,
A family eco-domain, quiet, surrounded by nature, inspired by permaculture concepts, where it is good to relax alone, with family or friends.
Entirely "eco-friendly and self-renovated", we wanted to highlight the buildings and the character of the Bresse houses while harmoniously integrating modern techniques into the old farmhouse and its adjoining buildings. We have favored the harmony of spaces following the principles of feng-shui to our achievements.
You can discover the Natural Bathing Area which uses the self-purifying capacities of ecosystems to maintain water quality without using chemicals. "It's like bathing in the fresh, clear water of a river."
The estate is vast and during your walks, you can meet the hosts of the place, animals and plants, botanical curiosities, ephemeral constructions, unusual habitats, or simply enjoy the luxuriant nature...
Through the Ecolieu charter, we encourage our visitors to take care of people, spaces and nature.
In 2019, we were honored with the 2019 Tourism Trophies for our commitment to sustainable development.
To enhance your stay you can, upon reservation:
- Discover a gourmet and creative cuisine, vegetarian prepared from organic and local products
- Enjoy a wellness area with hammam and massage rooms
- Participate in a body awakening, follow a meditation, or any other activities offered on the site depending on the season.
- Find local products in our boutique corner
