Come and stay in this beautiful building, dating from 1900, full of charm located in Loctudy!
You can enjoy the many beaches (Langoz, Lodonnec, Les Sables Blancs), go to the market and discover local artisans and their know-how, take the ferry for a stroll to Ile Tudy and many other activities in perspective. You will be seduced by its pretty fenced garden with trees, ideal place to see your children play. Good moments of conviviality await you on the terrace around a barbecue!
This 200 mÂČ house is composed of a cozy and warm living room, a beautiful dining room with a wood stove, and a large independent kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle etc...) overlooking the garden.
You will also find on the ground floor: a laundry room (sink, sink, washing machine, dryer), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The first floor serves a bedroom for a couple, a dormitory room, and a bathroom.
In this rental, your vacation will undoubtedly be serene and peaceful!
Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.
