Building 108 NEW! Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment in a Great Location
Completely New! Industrial/Country Style 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you will need for just staying overnight or for long term. In the apartment you'll find local pictures along with local decor on the walls.
The apartment is located in building 108. In building 108 there is also a studio apartment rented under Airb&b and VRBO. Located right across the street from 2 bars and restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and liquor store.
Please keep in mind that sometimes you'll hear outside noise. It's out of my control if a loud car/ATV/or people make noise.
This apartment is located in a commercial area.
But almost all my guest love the location!

Only minutes from Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort and The Gilbert ATV Park. Bike trail and beach right in town. Come to relax and enjoy your stay! Park and walk right in. No steps!

Hello. I'm a real estate broker and own Laurentian Realty in Biwabik. I also do property management. This is my new adventure renting my properties as vacation rentals. I live right in Biwabik and will be available is there are any issues. I've been married for 37 years and have raised 5 children. We have been blessed with 6 grandchild.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I bought building 108 in 2019. It was half office space and half garage. I had the whole building completely remodeled. I think the apartments are in a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bars.
