Loved this condo it was beautiful and in a perfect location. Only thing wrong was the beach rules at the tidewater. We ruined a lot of our things because we wasn’t allowed to set up our own umbrella unless it was in the wet sand or way down past the condominium. If we had noticed the rules of the beach there we wouldn’t have rented anything at the tidewater at all. We will be going back to the celadon from now on.

Property was nice! The free beach chairs were a huge plus. The only thing we had an issue with was the pull out couch isn’t very sleepable. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Tide Water. The staff at the desk were always helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and well laid out. Nice views!! The only issue we had was the elevators get really congested and slow during the times ppl are checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect. Love the view and having beach chairs included - that was a huge benefit! Also love there are two full baths and that the bunkbed area has the barn door for privacy. Pullout couch mattress was mainly springs and no cushion. Thankfully the bunkbeds were very comfortable for our adult son.

Such a great property! Having the beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental is what initially sold me on this property, since we didn't have space to bring our own, and it was the best decision! This unit is spacious in all of the living & sleeping areas. The kitchen is a little small but it's totally workable and has everything you need. We ended up cooking a lot and didn't have a problem. Bonus with this unit is all of the extra beach items that they have available - including beach chairs. The only downside to this property are the elevators (which they have no control over). But if you learn to avoid them during peak times of the day then you don't have a problem at all.The host was very communicative and accommodating. They offer early check in and late check out (for a small additional fee). I was too late to request an early check in but we did the late check out which really helped with the elevator "rush" and the traffic leaving the area.

The room was clean and well decorated. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was soft and I like a firmer mattress. It was also lumpy. The couch is made for short people. It is small. The drain in the sink in the master bathroom drained VERY slowly. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and no dishwashing detergent was provided. These may be minor inconveniences but I wanted to give a detailed description because I appreciate details when looking for a place to spend my vacation.

The views are spectacular and everything about the condo was perfect. Everything about the property was exactly as described and we had zero issues while there. My husband was especially pleased with the cooler that was provided to take drinks to the beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play each day was one of the highlights of the trip! Thank you for a great say!

Everything was as pictured. Very clean. All questions I had prior to the stay were answered promptly. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the elevators at the condo, and while I agree they are slow, I never waited more than 10 minutes. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

The condo is just as pictured. We loved that the kitchen actually had a small pantry for our groceries when so many do not. The condo also has a small coffee station with both a Kurig machine and a Mr Coffee drip machine.Four Star was wonderful to work with too. They provide an easy rental process and appreciated them checking on us during our stay to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this condo.

Family Vacation

Our stay was exceptional. The only recommendation we would suggest is to supply more dishwash detergent, dawn, and sponge to wash dishes for the week.

The tidewater was nice but you pay extra for everything. The parking garage gates worked sometimes and not other times. The bars close and the chairs are pack up at 5.But it was nice, clean and we had a good time. We just walked everywhere
