Summer rental in Westhampton. Four bedrooms, four newly renovated bathrooms. New central AC. WiFi throughout the house. Newly renovated front porch. New washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. Heated pool with pool toys. Poolside lounge chairs and outdoor seating area on deck with large dining table and BBQ gas grill. Beautiful large grass lawn with volleyball net, soccer goals, trampoline, bocce. Backyard is completely fenced in so good for dogs and young kids. Kitchen with island. Separate dining room. Two living rooms, one with fireplace. Large finished basement. Either Thursday, Friday or Monday check in preferred.

Memorial Day Weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay here over the holiday weekend. The home had everything we needed and enough space that our large group didn’t feel cramped. Backyard area is even better than the pictures - even with on and off rain, we still had the best time.

Best host I have ever dealt with. House is also immaculate

Jeanny was nothing but amazing. She helped answer every question, she was always available and she was very easy to talk to. The photos does not do this house justice. The house is very nice, neighborhood is great & the house is a lot bigger than it looks. Amazing house and owner I would highly recommend.

Great getaway rental

My family had a great week at this property! The house is part of a small neighborhood, great for biking...5 minutes drive from town. It is recently renovated, clean and has awesome outdoor amenities! The pool is great (had lots of pool floats and some water guns) and the kids enjoyed jumping on the trampoline and lounging in the hammock! Jeanny was responsive the couple of times we had questions and it all worked out perfectly!

Nice house

Nice house for small family. Upstairs bedrooms adequate but first floor bedroom has no closet and shares bathroom with first floor as it is the only bathroom on that level. The TV has no basic cable but can get streaming via wifi. Nice pool and deck furniture. Overall good time.

Great stay overall with a just few details lacking

Pictures do not do this property justice. The interior and exterior were better than depicted in the photos. The yard and pool were outstanding, private and left nothing to be desired. House was lovely, clean and more than adequate space for 11 people (5 adults and 6 teens). Finished basement was a bonus as well as having 4 full baths plus outdoor shower. After commitment was already made, owner changed the check-in to a Friday-Friday rental and increased the cleaning fee. House was nicely appointed but would have liked to see attention to detail in a few areas such as regular cable TV, a few of the mattresses were lumpy, a few closets did not have a bar in which to put hanging clothes (no closet in the main floor bedroom). Kitchen lacked some necessities such as a blender and the dishwasher was on the fritz. Some of the towels provided smelled of mildew. None of these would be dealbreakers for us but at this pricing, would have liked to see more attention to detail. With these suggestions implemented, would easily give the property a 5 rating.
