Well kept property close to everything in Pagosa Springs. The rooms were clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the hosts extremely responsive to questions. The fenced backyard was perfect for our two small dogs with plenty of room to explore and the occasional deer passing through. Definitely recommend!

The home was perfect and our dog loved the back yard! Had everything we needed for cooking and eating at home. Also the location was great- close to downtown but far enough away for privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property. I stayed there for Thanksgiving and some early season snowboarding at Wolf Creek. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare out Thanksgiving meal. Overall, property was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

House was amazing, hosts were ridiculously responsive to any questions we had. Well stocked house, very comfortable, would love to rent again. One issue we had is that our car didn’t fit in the garage but we made it work.

Wonderful place in Pagosa Springs. Felt like our home away from home. This lovely place and everything our family needed. The host was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend!!! And we loved the heated floors.

The home is well appointed and is a great location - close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts.The property has a large fenced backyard, so it was perfect for our dog. Just note that there are steps to access the main level.

Great place for a mountain get away.

Place and location were great. Lots of stairs, but fine for us. Really easy drive to wolf creek ski and very close to hot springs.

Great Stay!

The owners are great to deal with! The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed. The decks and property include very nice places to relax and enjoy the area.

Cozy Pagosa Base Camp

The radiant heat of the wood floors made for such a cozy stay. Lovely setting.,The fireplace was gorgeous and the kitchen stocked to the max.
