The studio in the heart is located on the ground floor of a building. It is composed of:
- a living area with a sofa bed (160x200);
- a sleeping area with a 3-height bunk bed (80x190);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a shower room;
- A separate toilet;
- A furnished balcony;

IT IS IDEAL FOR A COUPLE WITH CHILDREN (and not 5 adults).

A ski locker is located in the lobby of the building.

EQUIPMENT:
Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, raclette machine, hairdryer, ski locker.

Sheets and towels are provided.

PARKING LOT
A few free parking spaces in front of the building or next to it in front of the ice rink.

- the "Sherpa" supermarket 5 minutes walk away for your daily shopping;
- A 45-minute drive from the city of Annecy for an adventure.

## Emplacement
Le Grand-Bornand is a famous ski resort located in the department of Haute-Savoie. The population of the resort multiplies by 10 during the winter vacations, going from 2252 inhabitants in low season to more than 23000 inhabitants at the arrival of the holiday makers, that's to tell you the tourist attraction of the Grand-Bornand !
The summer season is not to be outdone with its famous festival "au bonheur des Mômes", its swimming pool, its animations and its numerous mountain activities (hiking, paragliding, climbing, cycling, via ferrata, accrobranche...)
