The Ritz Carlton offers a luxury resort experience. My wife and I have been staying at this resort for many years and it never disappoints! Built among the tropical landscape in a glorious oceanfront setting(just a few steps and you're on the beach). Our residence combines the finest in Caribbean style with an exquisite sophisticated interior theme. Furnished with impeccable taste and style, the residence has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. Ocean views fill the entire master bedroom and living room balcony. Just a short walk from your front door & your feet are in the sand. It would be difficult to get any closer to the beach.

You have access to modern comforts including restaurants, a catamaran, an infinity edge pool, and watersports rentals.

You cant beat the location! Red Hook marina is about a five minute taxi drive and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix.

Breathtakingly beautiful views

Amazing property which was close to pool and beach. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. I misread original reservation and he was able to get us into a two bedroom residence condo with full kitchen versus a two bedroom suite. Would definitely recommend this property to all. Truly one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever enjoyed! Thank you!

St.Thomas USVI best location on the island

We have coming to St. Thomas for over 30 years. Staying at multiple locations and now that we been to the Ritz 2 years in a row. It will be our home away from home.

Absolutely GORGEOUS and AMAZING STAFF

My family and I had a fabulous time! They had activities for our 8-year-old every day at the pool area! Parents can relax and watch their kids at the same time! Our teenagers loved kayaking, sailing and just being able to be independent without me worrying! Room was cleaned twice a day and the kitchen was perfect for what I needed for the children! We definitely go again!

Beautiful apartment that was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teen boys

The apartment and the property were beautiful - and the service from the Ritz staff was amazing. The check in and checkout were seamless and they were a quick call away for taxis or any other questions we had. We’ll definitely be back.

Birthday at the Ritz Club

This rental unit is beautiful. Came here to celebrate my 50th birthday which was fabulous. The staff is so friendly here. I came Home the night of my birthday and the attendant had put happy birthday Lorrie in rose petals on my bed and had drawn a hot bubble bath with rose petals. How amazing and thoughtful. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone.

Just Perfect!

The condo was even better than I could imagine and better than the pictures! It was the perfect accommodation for my husband and I and our two adult sons. The access to the hotel part of the resort was just steps away. It was so much better than having a simple hotel room. We were there for a family wedding and everyone wished they would have booked in the RC Club too. The RC staff was wonderful and made you feel so special. I highly recommend booking this condo. Beautifully maintained and so comfortable!

Bruce was excellent and room was fantastic

Bruce was excellent to work with. Always either answered phone or returned text very quickly. We had desired and upper level room and the first day we had room on the first floor (it was a fantastic room btw) and my wife really desired and higher floor to get a better ocean view. We communicated our desire to Bruce and he and the staff at Ritz jumped right on it. And although they could not promise anything by the next AM the were able to move up to the 4th floor with same gorgeous room now with a fantastic view. We really really appreciated the above and beyond and this made a already great vacation into even better one!.

Sweet Bliss

This property & customer service were impecable! Anytime we called the front desk with a request they promptly attended to our needs and even called to follow up and confirm our request was honored. The weather was just BEAUTIFUL. Lots of complimentary poolside activities like snow cones, bracelet making, wine tasting. Wish I would’ve thought to request a higher floor to enjoy the view. We were on the first floor but that’s likely all that was available since we booked our trip rather last minute. Didn’t want to come back home!

Beautiful Place

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. With all of the amenities of the Ritz available to guests there was something for everyone. The property was well kept, our room was cleaned (which was a great surprise). The pools and beach and restaurants were all lovely. Our only hiccup was learning on checkin that our original unit had a mechanical issue with the A/C. We agreed to take a two bedroom instead of 3 (luckily our kids weren't able to join). So two bedrooms was fine. In the middle of the week, we received a message to change rooms. This may not seem a big deal, but it took a good portion of a day to find a way to stay where we were. On vacation with two adult couples, we aren't always in the same place at the same time, and this group was in need of being settled...not moving. the Ritz did offer to make it as smooth as possible, but it was a big deal for those of us who had decided not to split the vacation between St John and St Thomas because we didn't want to pack up mid holiday. The two bedroom unit we were in was very well designed with equal bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths...well equipped kitchen and a joint balcony off the living area along with individual balcony off of each bedroom. It was quiet and luxurious. The grounds are spectacular. All in all...a truly wonderful stay with a hiccup in the middle.

EXCEDED EVERY EXPECTATION!!

We were incredibly pleased with experience from the moment we contacted the property manager (Bruce) to the time we checked out. We normally stay at 5-Star Hotels all over the world and I didn't expect, this to be as nice, but it was. We also asked for a unit on a higher floor and although Bruce gave us the disclaimer that he couldn't guarantee it, they did give us a top floor unit. I don't know if all the two bedroom units are the same there, but ours opened up onto the main living, dining area and looked out over the huge deck, with one ensuite on the left and one on the right. The deck spanned the length of the entire unit and was ocean front. The staff at the Ritz Club and hotel next door were all amazing. For our entire stay, not a single bad experience as we were surrounded by happy people who worked hard and clearly loved what they do, and wanted to make our experience great. I would suggest going out on the Lady Lynsey II catamaran, for both the snorkel and the sunset trip to St. John for dinner. Amazing new boat and great crew, all adding to an awesome week long vacation for our family. The Ritz is close to the little town of Red Hook and we went over there every night for dinner. During the day time we were either on the Catamaran, or at the main Hotel next door. It's a 2-3 minute walk and they don't differentiate, between the Club and the Hotel, so you can charge everything to your room. Lastly the weather was beautiful the entire time and having been to 64 countries I can tell you that the Caribbean is hard to beat. I would live there and may for part of the year in the future. Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property as part of a girls weekend away and it was exactly what we all needed! The condo itself was very clean, plenty of space for 6 of us with one king sized bed, two queens, two full baths and a kitchen/living room area. We also spent mornings sitting on the deck overlooking the harbor, drinking our coffee. The Ritz was awesome, great service, great property. We took a boat cruise over to St. John to snorkel, and stopped for drinks and snacks at Lovango. Highly recommend chartering a boat to experience the islands and the beautiful beaches! We hope to make this an annual trip! Thanks to Bruce for the great communication.

Beautiful time!

The property is beautiful - very well spread out. With Covid we were a bit concerned about how to stay socially distant, but, the resort was large enough, and chairs spaced out enough that this was not an issue. All staff wore masks, and most guests did as well while moving around the resort. The rooms were beautifully appointed - marble baths and very comfortable beds! Unfortunately when we arrived we got the last room on the property which was an accessible room on the first floor, but we could still see the water from our room. It was great to use the resort services next door as well - for $75 for the day our whole family were able to use the snorkle gear, paddle boards, sunfish, etc. We also dined at the Italian restaurant onsite which was really good - though a bit pricey. A nice perk as well is that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to 2 nearby restaurants - the Sunset Grill and Carribean Fish Market which were excellent. Bruce the host was amazing! Very communicative throughout the process - would definitely recommend and book through him again!

Spring Break 2021

We stayed in this unit 3 nights in April. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. My only complaint was that it was a ground level unit with the view of the ocean blocked by trees. The view of the ocean is very important to me so this of course was a huge disappointment. The pictures of the unit I believed we were renting was an upper floor unit with a clear view of the ocean. The unit we were placed in was not at all the unit I believed we would be staying in. I did not contact the owner to alert him to the situation so he did not have an opportunity to rectify the it. I would 100% rent from this owner again in the future, I would just make certain we were actually getting the unit promised.

Breathtaking!!

The property is absolutely amazing!! Everyone we met was friendly, beyond helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The views are unbelievable, the place was extremely clean and the entire grounds were exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay here again - one of the best!!!!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo at The Ritz Residence. The full kitchen, washer and dryer were really nice to have. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, a common space and 2 balconies. The property is pristine. The food and drinks were great, but costly as they would be at any Ritz. The concierge was helpful with transportation and it was easy to hop on the ferry to St. John. The beaches of St. John were incredible. Will stay here again!
