The fireplace is only available for use between September 1st and March 1st. French doors open for outdoor dining with a grill and large table for eight. There is where you'll find the pool, hot tub, and large back deck. If you would like to heat either the pool or hot tub there is a fee. The backyard is fully fenced.
All three private bedrooms, including two luxurious en-suites, are located in a separate part of the home, accessed from the foyer. Premium bedding and linens are used throughout the home.
The first bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, chair, 50-inch television with Roku, and an additional queen Murphy bed, disguised as a chest. A pocket door leads to a beautifully updated bathroom with double vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, a separate tub, and a large linen closet.
The second bedroom includes a King bed, with an additional day bed with a trundle (2 twin XLs), 50-inch television with Netflix, Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus. A vanity sink, large shower, and walk-in closet await in the oversize bathroom behind the chic barn door.
A third bedroom includes a Queen bed, and an ample closet. The hallway bathroom for this bedroom, includes a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A laundry room with a folding area is located off this hallway as well.
All in all, this is one of the best vacation homes on Saint Simons. The owners upgrade this home constantly. This is a true second home, not just a house crammed with beds for profit.
