This is a nice little traditional house for 4 people, very well appointed and very functional, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Naoussa, close to shops and taverns, a few meters from the small port and with a beautiful view of the sea.

This house belonged to my great-grandfather. Every year, as a family, we had our best vacation.

On the ground floor there is the living / dining room, the fitted kitchen and the separate bathroom. A few steps up, on the mezzanine there are two beds with two separate beds. The air-conditioned double room is on the first floor, as is the terrace with sea views. On the terrace there is a beautiful marble table and chairs to eat outside.

Minimum stay: One week.

The house is located in the center of Naoussa village with many taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, bars, clubs etc. Most of the best known beaches are close to the village and you can even go there by boat every 30 minutes from the port of Naoussa. Naoussa is a few minutes of the most cosmopolitan areas of the island of Paros and the most popular villages. You also have many buses.

Très jolie semaine en famille à Naoussa

Très charmante petite maison si on est d’accord de vivre dans une certaine exiguïté avec une salle de bain spartiate, mais tout cela participe du charme du lieu ! Nous on aime !

A beautiful place in the heart of Noussa. Fantastic Host!

We spent a month at The Little House and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Alexandros is a great host, very friendly and great to communicate with. The house is perfectly situated in the heart of Naoussa and the terrace has a wonderful view of the bay and part of the city below. Next time we will be in Naoussa again, we will definitely stay here or at one of the other properties of Alexandros.

Très bon séjour dans la petite maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la petite maison qui est très jolie et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est incroyable et nous avons beaucoup profité de la magnifique vue. La maison est très bien équipée et proche de tout mais aussi un peu à l'écart de la foule au mois d’aout. Merci à Alexandre pour son accueil.

Maison avec vue sur la mer

La petite maison dans Naoussa est vraiment une maison typique dans le joli village avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse! Nous avons aimé y séjourner car nous étions au cœur du village sans avoir besoin de voiture ce qui était très pratique. Alexandre qui parle français nous a accueillis très chaleureusement, merci encore!

Parfaite !

Petite maison de village très bien aménagée, parfaite pour une famille, impeccablement situé au cœur de Naoussa, avec une vue idyllique sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Séjour parfait

La Petite Maison est très agréable et confortable pour nous avec 2 jeunes enfants. Elle est située idéalement dans Naoussa. L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils d'Alexandre précieux.

Kleinod in Naoussa

Dieses Häuschen ist was ganz Besonderes: Nicht luxuriös (kein GS, aber neuer Induktionsherd), aber äußerst charmant und individuell. Schön puristisch eingerichtet mit netten Details. Traumhafte Terrasse mit Meerblick, gute Matratze (wir haben nur das Grandlit benutzt), völlig ausreichendes Bad und Küche, gute Küchenausstattung, auch mit Espresso-Kapselmaschine. Lage: Mittendrin in Naoussa, aber etwas auf der Anhöhe, sodass der Lärm von der trubeligen Hafenzone nur noch schwach zu hören ist. Allerdings dennoch nichts für sehr lärmempfindliche Gemüter. Gute Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wunderbarer Gastgeber, der im Häuschen Mineralwasser, Klopapier und ein Willkommenspaket mit griechischen Spezialitäten bereit hält. Alexandre war immer sofort erreichbar, half mit vielen Tipps und Vorschlägen. Er und seine Frau Emilie sind sehr sympathisch, die idealen Gastgeber. Wir haben schon fürs nächste Jahr reserviert.

Sistemazione ottimale, pienamente rispondente alle aspettative, con tutto il necessario per stare ok

Alexandre splendido padrone di casa, oltre ad arredi ed accessori perfetti, ha anche provveduto a farci trovare un cesto di prodotti di benvenuto Ha provveduto anche a risolvere velocemente piccoli problemi di trasferimento, porto( affollatissimo) casa Emma e Paolo di Genova

Séjour idyllique et reposant

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison d'Alexandre. La maison est pleine de charme et très bien située au cœur du Village de Naoussa avec une terrasse incroyable, d'où l'on a une jolie vue sur la mer. Alexandre est un hôte discret et aux petits soins!

Très chouette location

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette petite maison à naoussa Bien équipée et surtout très bien placée au centre de naoussa On s y sent comme chez soi ! La vue de la terrasse est superbe et les paysages grandioses à Paros ou antiparos Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation vous serez conquis !

Beautiful home; wonderful location

La Petite Maison made our Naoussa stay perfect! It is located in the heart of the village, with restaurants, shops and residences all around, yet has a lovely view of the sea. Lots of nightlife sounds, which I love. But if you want quiet at night, you might want to choose another place. La Petite Maison is simply yet elegantly appointed. It is beautiful. And it has everything one could need. There are three levels -- the main level with the kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area; the second level with a bedroom with two twin beds; and the third level, which has a bedroom with a queen size bed. Off of that bedroom is a lovely deck with a large table and seating – and a wonderful view of the sea. The stairs to the levels are narrow and steep. It's part of the charm of the home, but might be difficult for some. Alexandre is the perfect host, warm and welcoming, and available to provide advice about the island, and assistance with things like car rental and directions. The home was his grandfather's, and he and his family lovingly restored and expanded it. It is the perfect blend of old time charm and simple modern convenience. We will return to Paros, and to La Petite Maison.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das kleine Haus in Naoussa war für uns (drei Personen) einfach perfekt. Es liegt zentral, aber doch nicht komplett im (Abend-)Trubel und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Sogar Espressokapseln und Mineralwasser waren vorhanden. Alexandre hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Sollten wir nochmals nach Paros kommen, würden wir uns wieder für dieses Häuschen entscheiden.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this lovely little house in the centre of Naoussa.

Naoussa is a lovely town to stay in while visiting Paros, and Alexandre's house is a great spot. The house is ideal for a couple, or even a family. It has all the amenities you need, and the top floor terrace is a real added bonus. The location is also ideal - right in the centre of the town on "Gourmet Street", close to restaurants, shops and the lovely harbour. Although we didn't actually meet Alexandre - not sure that he was even in Naoussa - but he was responsive by email and the key arrangements he had put in place worked out well. We would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Paros.

Maison très agréable

La description de la maison correspond bien à l'annonce et aux photos; la terrasse est vraiment très agréable, la vue splendide. La décoration est charmante. Elle est idéalement située au centre de la petite ville de Naoussa, sans être bruyante. Le propriétaire est très aimable et disponible. Petit bémol pour le dernier jour écourté avec l'arrivée de la femme de ménage dès 8h30. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette petite maison et la conseillerons volontiers à nos amis.

It was a very charming home in an ideal location.

We were there two weeks with two of our granddchildren and one other adult. While the place is small, the bottom floor, mezzanine and top floor allowed all of us to sleep comfortably. The five us did very well with the one bathroom. The view over the bay from the terrace is wonderful. A pleasant grocery+ store is just steps away. Alexandre ia an exceptionally pleasant "host".

Super endroit

Emplacement idéal dans le village de Naoussa, on fait tout à pied, pas besoin de voiture ! on a visité les plages aux alentours grâce au taxi boat situé sur le port de Naoussa. La terrasse est vraiment super ! Endroit idéal pour l'apéro et lire un petit livre.

Wonderful location in beautiful small town.

A charming small house which is good for a couple. Alexandre was very responsive to all our questions, and left some traditional tasty welcome treats! The terrace was lovely and a good place to be and observe some of the daily activities of town life. Note: the bathroom is small and the 2nd stair is steep. It was a quiet location during our stay, which was early in the season.

Très agréable séjour

Belle petite maison dans le plus beau village de Paros (Naoussa) idéalement située : un peu à l"écart des restaurants et boutiques, mais au coeur de la ville néanmoins. Proches des plages également Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : La terrasse avec sa vue magnifique, la balle chambre climatisée, la gentillesse du propriéraire qui parle Français (merci Alexandre!)"

Séjour trop top!

J'adore Paros, et j'y suis allée quelques fois. Cette fois-ci, j'y suis allée avec une amie, et on ne voulait surtout pas louer une maison trop excentrée, alors on a décidé de louer cette petite maison dans le village. Tout était accessible à pied, on a même passé des journées sans utiliser la voiture! La maison est clean, elle est située dans une partie plutôt calme du village, et la vue de la terrasse est super! On était super contentes d'avoir fait ce choix mon amie et moi!
