Grosszügige Wohnung mit bezauberndem Ausblick

Die Wohnung in einer Villa ist für 4 Personen grosszügig berechnet. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und man hat viel privacy. Der gedeckte Sitzplatz mit schönem grossen Tisch und bequemen Liegestühlen mit Sicht auf den Luganersee ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut zu nutzen. Das grosszügige Hallenbad ist zum Schwimmen wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert tadellos und ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Domizil ohne Einschränkungen gerne weiter empfehlen.

Exceeded all expectations- all communication with the owner was timely and accommodating. The property was clean, spacious and had lovely views. It provided all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to the possibility of another visit in the future.

Incredible visit

One of the best holidays we have ever had. The property location in Lugano (Porza) would be hard to beat. Our host went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. She made us feel right at home and having a washer and dryer was an added plus. Everything about the property exceeded the description posted on line. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for the best holiday ever. Our host provided suggested sites to visit and great restaurants in the area.

Paradise in Porza

Villa Cipressi is a perfect getaway, tucked into the most spectacular landscape in Porza and overlooking Lake Lugano. Couldn't have imagined better accommodations - the bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. The living/dining areas - including the outdoor terrace and pool - were perfectly situated overlooking beautiful gardens with the lake in the distance. The villa was a short drive to stores and restaurants with easy access to Lugano proper and highways for day trips to other parts of Switzerland. Our host was absolutely charming and we hope to be back again soon.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Indoorpool, toller Garten, traumhafter Seeblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung eignet sich zum Entspannen und als Basis für Ausflüge nach Lugano und die weitere Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist großräumig und gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Swimmingpool ist klasse - ebenfalls die Gartenanlagen, Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Müller empfangen, die uns auch während des Aufenthalts eine nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war. In einer solchen Ferienwohnung würden wir immer wieder gerne Urlaub machen!

Super!

We had a very relaxed holiday in the big house in Porza (above Lugano). It was quite hot, but we relaxed in the swimming pool and enjoyed the super view on the lake from the house. The house is very near the railway station. and supermakrket. For us very handy. We only visited Lugano once to shop. This was wonderful. It has a very nice centre. We would like to come back when it is not so hot anymore to explore the region! It must be wonderful! Thank you vey much for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Perfect

As a group of six - one family of four and two grandparents - we were looking for a place that would comfortably accommodate everyone. This villa was a real treat! We had plenty of space for the kids to run around and play and really enjoyed the ability to cook our own meals and BBQ. The indoor pool was such a bonus and we felt really spoiled being able to come back after a long, hot day and cool off in the pool. The washer/dryer was also a major incentive. I would highly recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing vacation where their kids can be kids and for those who might want a bit more space to spread out. Michaela, the owner, was a delight and real pleasure to work with.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Terrasse - Wohnung eher enttäuschend

Die Wohnung liegt ca 5 km von Lugano entfernt. Für Familien ungeeignet. Radfahren ist nur für geübte Mountainbiker möglich, da man immer durch die Stadt muss (Steigung ca. 20%) und sehr enge viel befahrene Straßen. Aussicht und Terrasse sind toll. Das Schwimmbad ist groß und schön. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist allerdings nicht empfehlenswert. Die Möbel sind alt, im Wohnzimmer auch etwas muffig, die Gartenliegen sind kaputt, die Stühl abgewetzt, alles so als ob sich niemand so recht drum kümmert. Es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Ehebett. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Schrankbetten (max 1,90 m lang). Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten die vor einer Schrankwand stehen. Fast alle Schränke sind mit alten Sachen der Eigentümer vollgestopft! Man kann am Flur seine Kleider unterbringen. Mein Fazit: Wunderschöne Landschaft, bei schönem Wetter kann man viel unternehmen. Man sollte mit dem Auto anreisen. Die Wohnung ist zu dem Preis eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Schoene Wohnung in schoener Lage!

Unsere Familie verbrachte 4 Tage in der Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhingen Lage mit toller See-Sicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, und hat auch noch einen tollen indoor pool. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so im Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben, werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmals die gleiche Wohnung in Lugano/Porza waehlen.

Our wonderful stay at a Swiss villa

The villa is the best vacation rental that we have ever stayed in. Both my wife and I were amazed at the spectacular view and generous size of the apartment. It occupies an entire floor with two bed rooms and a large garden overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano. The unit is nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The town of Lugano is absolutely charming with excellent restaurants and friendly locals. There are plenty of lake activities and the shopping is world class. The owner has two other properties, one in St. Moritz and another on nearby Lake Como. We're looking forward to staying at both of them in near future.

Beautiful home with an amazing view

Simply Perfect.

Michaela's enchanting home, high up on the hillside in Porza, is elegant and peaceful...a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The bus is a few steps away from her home, and is a very easy trip to the center of Lugano. I cannot say enough about this incredible home!!

Perfekt!

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin Michaela, wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Luganersee, der überdeckte Sitzplatz und das Hallenbad sind bei Regen, mehr als Gold wert. Für uns war es Perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :-)

You won't be disappointed-- breathtaking!

Three friends and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, comfortable--- and you couldn't have asked for a more spectacular view! Totally breathtaking and soul-lifting. The owner was more than helpful, offering many suggestions for activities. The business aspects went very smoothly. You won't be disappointed. I'm currently considering some of this owner's other holiday locations. Enjoy!

Wunderschoene Aussicht, ruhige und bequeme Villa

Einen vollen Monat haben wir in dieser schoenen Villa verbracht. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schoen. Die Villa ist sehr huebsch, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist unique - in wenigen Minuten ist man im Walde, wo man sowohl spazierengehen, als auch joggen kann. Das Zentrum der Stadt is etwa 10 Minuten ( mit Auto) oder 50 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr ruhig, still und bequem - und dazu der vielleicht schoenste Blick zum See!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Das war für uns die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten ! Wir haben von Mitte bis Ende Mai 2015 (also 2 Wochen) in der Villa gewohnt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, eine große Terrasse und einen traumhaften Ausblick über den Luganer See, an dem wir uns gar nicht sattsehen konnten. Der zur Mitbenutzung freigegebene (Indoor-) Swimming-Pool der Vermieterin ist groß genug, um Bahnen zu schwimmen - ein besonderes Extra ! Der Empfang durch Frau Müller-Puricelli ist sehr herzlich; sie war die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Mietpreis ist absolut angemessen; die Beschreibung bezüglich Räumen und Ausstattung sowie die Fotos im FeWo-Portal entsprechen der Realität. Diese Wohnung ist eigentlich viel zu schade für jemanden, der eine Ferienwohnung nur zum Schlafen braucht und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung bietet ein luxuriöses Ersatz-Zuhause - das haben wir insbesondere an 2 Tagen mit sehr schlechtem Wetter und an 2 anderen Tagen mit Erkrankung so empfunden. Sollten wir noch einmal diese Gegend bereisen, würden wir sofort wieder diese Ferienwohnung anfragen.

Wundervoller Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der schönen Villa! Alles ist wie beschrieben wenn nicht noch schöner !!! Wir sind dieses Jahr 2014 schon dreimal in der tollen Ferienwohnung gewesen weil wir nirgends anders mehr hinwollen:-) Super freundliche Vermieterin, für alle Fragen stets offen, ganz ganz liebe Frau! Alles in allem seeehhhhrrrr empfehlenswert! !!!!!

Wunderschöne Tage in Lugano

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) haben eine tolle Woche in dieser traumhaft schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Ausstattung der großzügigen Wohnung ist super, es fehlte an nichts, und der große Swimming-Pool war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin: wir wurden gleich mit einem Prosecco empfangen, und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Kurz: absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhafter Urlaub am Luganer See

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles war bestens: die Größe der Wohnung, die Lage, der traumhafte Blick auf See und Berge und nicht zuletzt der Swimming-Pool waren fantastisch! Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich mit einem Prosecco empfangen und war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!!
