Experience an urban oasis in when you step into this sophisticated, contemporary 3-bedroom townhouse. Within a short walk the beautiful scenic streets of downtown Hood River await you. Historic buildings host a bustling shopping district featuring boutiques, outdoor adventure gear outfitters, art galleries and plenty of restaurants. Take a drive and visit award winning Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries. Saturday Market offers an array of farm fresh seasonal produce, meats and cheeses and baked goodies.
As you step into Urban Loft you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors and an open floor plan. The living room backs up to a well-equipped, modern kitchen that highlights a central island with seating. A dining table sits next to the breakfast bar for added seating when it's time to enjoy a meal with good company. There is a deck off the living room with a BBQ. Cozy up to a gas fireplace with a glass of wine.
The main floor also features wonderfully south facing bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private deck overlooking the backyard. There is a full bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub in the hallway next to the bedroom.
The next level up has two comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom while the master bedroom enjoys a large oval soaking tub for relaxing after a day of play in The Gorge. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed along with a twin. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with a twin. Enjoy the views from the cozy nook outside the master bedroom
The Mt. Hood region and The Columbia River Gorge offers the vacationer and recreation enthusiast the opportunity to windsurf, Kitesurf, Stand up Paddle, bike, kayak, golf, ski, hike, fish, or just relax in the unhurried pace of a natural paradise. Mt Hood is home to four ski areas and offers the country's only year-round skiing and snowboarding.
The Hood River Valley is best known for its luscious apples, pears, cherries, peaches and other fruits, and for the view of the majestic snowcapped peak of Mt. Hood. People from all over Oregon make an annual trek in the fall to the many farm stands to stock up on fresh apples and pears as well as other seasonal fruits and locally grown vegetables.
