Cozy kid-friendly, 3-bedroom (+1 den) home with 2 newly remodeled bathroom, game room filled with board games and electronic games (including a PS3 and GameCube), a large gated deck and fenced yard/patio with hot tub, completely remodeled kitchen with island and open dining & living room.
Let the kids play in the fenced yard or game room while the adults enjoy a bottle of wine in the dining/living room or hang out in the hot tub.

Full Details:
The main living area combines the living room, dining room and brand new remodeled kitchen (with new appliances!) in an open area with high ceilings.
On the other side of the house is a split level, with one large bedroom/"Den" in the lower level and three bedrooms on the upper level. Each room has multiple beds or sleepers allowing families to have their own rooms.
The lower level also has another living/gaming area, complete with 2 couches, tv, pool table and lots of board games, as well as brand new washer/dryer and a fully renovated full bathroom.
This kid and pet friendly house has tiled lower levels, baby gates, plenty of board games and electronic games included PS3 and GameCube, and a fenced yard with kids play area. There is also a 5-person hot tub in the fenced yard/patio, outdoor seating and a propane flat top grill!
This home also has a METAL ROOF, which saves energy and keeps the home super cool in the summer without the need of air conditioning, and keeping the warmth in during the winter! There is also baseboard heating in every room. (Note: Rooms are equipped with ceiling fans only. No Air Conditioner, but it is not needed as the Metal Roof keeps the home very cool.)
Located within Pocono Farms Country Club, enjoy the quiet of the woods but also the security of having neighbors not too far away. The location of the home conveniently located close to Pocono Rock, Mt.
