The Property

Located in a prime location in the heart of Le Grau du Roi village, this apartment will be a true favorite for sea lovers. It is situated in a residence on the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area, offering both proximity to all amenities and a peaceful setting. Enjoy the terrace, perfect for peaceful moments with your loved one.

This T3 apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence and comprises two bedrooms with 2x80x200 beds, a kitchen corner open to the living area. The comfort of the living room is enhanced with a 3-seat sofa and a TV area. All necessary equipment is provided for your comfort, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is modern, equipped with a sofa and a TV. This apartment also has a private, numbered parking space, and the beach is just down the hall in the first row! Access is on the same level from the parking lot, the apartment, and the beach, in a high-end building by the sea. You benefit from direct access to the right bank beach (site of the abrivados) via a private gate, as well as a boules court and benches facing the beach.

Located only 100 meters from all shops and immediately close to restaurants, boutiques, the canal, the drawbridge, and the tourist office, this apartment offers a peaceful and pleasant setting. Its private, enclosed terrace is North-West facing, equipped with a garden table and chairs, a sunbed, with sun in the evening and shade during the day, perfect for enjoying the outdoor space safely for children.

The living room is equipped with a 46-inch TV, TNT, HDMI, and USB ports. The bedrooms feature 160 cm double beds (2x80x200) with memory foam mattresses, wardrobes, terrace access, and TV-TNT-DVD in both rooms. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, induction stove, combination microwave-convection oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (1x4 and Senseo). The bathroom features a washing machine, WC, sink, and spacious shower.

Linen

A set of bed sheets for the double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.

Any additional requests will be charged as follows:

Basic products (soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper) are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Location

The Château Leenhardt is a modern, beachfront residence with private access to the beach through the garden. It directly overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Le Grau du Roi. Each apartment features a kitchen, a shower room with a shower, and a sleeping area or a separate bedroom depending on the type. Apartments benefit from balconies or terraces facing the sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, and La Grande Motte, perfect for enjoying magical sunsets!

Ideally located for everything within walking distance: shops, markets (downtown and Boucanet), restaurants and tapas bars, cinema. Le Grau du Roi seaside resort allows you to enjoy walks along the Mediterranean shores, bike rides to the Salins d'Aigues-Mortes (green routes – bike rentals 300 meters away), and also pedalo (beach huts), boats (embarkation points), or 4x4 tours to discover the Camargue Gardoise. The property is also close to amusement parks: Luna Parc and Amigolang, as well as the Port-Camargue Thalassotherapy center, just 3 km in front of the South Beach.

The Espiguette Beach and South Beach are popular kite-surfing spots, ideal for water sports enthusiasts.

Transport

You have a private parking space in the residence for one car. The Grau du Roi train station is just 1 km away, and bus services are available nearby. The nearest major station with frequent services is Montpellier Sud de France, and the nearest airport is Montpellier.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located directly on the sand, with private access through a gate that leads directly to the right bank beach. The Château Leenhardt residence is made up of two buildings: Building A and Building B. Both buildings have a ground floor and 4 floors with elevators. However, the apartments are not equipped for accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PMR).

If you have booked an apartment in Building A, the higher you go in the floors, the better and wider the sea view, with a North-West exposure, offering beautiful sunsets during the summer. This side of the residence faces a paid public parking lot (from March to November), where campers and cars can park. This parking lot does not obstruct the sea view, and we cannot be held responsible for any misinformation regarding this parking or misleading advertising.

Apartments in Building B mostly overlook the residence's garden, with a lovely sea view, facing South-West. These apartments have a nice sea view between Building A and the neighboring Villégiales du Château residence.
