Apartment T3 of 50m ² on the ground floor and its terrace of 50m ² oriented SOUTH / SOUTH WEST ideal to enjoy to the maximum your stay in a quiet place while being close to shops, beaches and entertainment.
Recent, tastefully furnished, very pleasant and bright. Air conditioning.
This apartment is composed of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, 1 hotplate, 2 refrigerators, 1 washing machine).
A bedroom with storage cupboard is on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed.
Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
Bathroom with Italian shower.
Separate toilet.
At the disposal of the tenants: 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 hair dryer, 1 iron, 1 barbecue.
Tv (French channels only).
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.
