This charming 28m2 apartment on the ground floor with its 10m2 exterior facing West, giving access to the residence's swimming pool, ideal for 4 people.
Collective parking in the residence.
An elevator is available in the residence.
It is composed in the entrance of a bunk bed containing 2 beds in 90, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 with storage cupboard, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a lounge/kitchen area equipped (microwave, 1 fridge top, 1 induction plate 2 burners, 1 washing machine).
The TV in the living room only has French channels.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 ⏠per day or 40 ⏠per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 ⏠per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10⏠per person.
Rental of baby bed: 13 ⏠per week.
