Waterside Wave - 5BR/3BA Gulf Trace Home - Sleeps 14 - Private Pool & EV Charger

Waterside Wave is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for up to 14 guests in the Gulf Trace neighborhood of Grayton Beach, on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A. It has a private pool with a poolside sun deck, and Gulf Trace's private deeded beach access is about a 1-minute walk from the house.

The first floor has an open living area with vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for 5 at the bar, and a dining area that seats 10. Two king bedrooms are also on the first floor, each with a private bathroom: the Primary Suite has a walk-in shower, and Bedroom 2 has a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are on this floor as well.

Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, Gulf views and a private balcony. Bedroom 4 has 2 full beds, and the bunk room has 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The three upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every bedroom has a smart TV.

Outside, there is a wrap-around porch with Gulf views and a screened area with a full-size ping-pong table. The home also has an EV charging station. Waterside Wave is next to Eastside Wave, and the two homes can be rented together for larger groups.

BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is to the east, about a 1-minute walk: turn left on Gulf Shore Drive and it is 3 houses down on the right. The next access, 5 more houses down, has a boardwalk with no steps, which makes it easy to use with a wagon or rolling cooler. Just east of Gulf Trace, the Grayton Beach access at the end of Defuniak Street has a lifeguard on duty during the season.

POOL
The private pool is about 15 by 30 feet. Pool heating is available for $60 per day.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway, with limited covered parking. Street parking is not allowed. An EV charging station is on-site. Golf carts are not allowed in the Gulf Trace community, and a golf cart and bikes are not provided with this home.
