Detta fantastiskt inredda och rymliga sjö hus Àr 3 200 kvadratmeter och ligger pÄ Delavan Lake! Det Àr en privat strand hem pÄ norra stranden av spektakulÀra sjön Delavan. Det ligger 10 minuter frÄn GenÚvesjön - "nÀsta sjön över".

Den har 5 mycket stora sovrum som inkluderar 1 king size-sÀng, 3 queen size-sÀngar, 2 fulla sÀngar, 2 enkelsÀngar och tvÄ vÄningssÀngar. Tre fulla bad, Àta i köket, matsal, allrum, sol rum med sittgrupp och matplats, tvÀttstuga och lera rum. Hemmet har en hÀrlig sjal runt dÀck med utsikt vackra sjön Delavan. DÀcket har en vacker paraply tabell med sex stolar och tvÄ fÄtöljer.

Det finns ocksÄ en lÀgre tÀckt uteplats med solstolar och en över stora picknickbord som skulle sittplats 8 lÀtt. RÀtt nÀra uteplatsen Àr en brand grop för rostning marshmallows och varm korv. Du kommer att ha din egen privat brygga att fiska frÄn, bada frÄn eller helt enkelt dra din bÄt upp till. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the lake view immensely! Very peaceful area and it suited the needs of our group very well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The decor is adorable! I highly recommend this house for anyone!

We had a great week in this beautiful lake home!!

The home was beautiful and easily accommodated our large family of 14 ranging from 7 - 75 years old. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of room for multiple cooks. All the kids enjoyed going down to the docks to fish, swim and paddle board and the fire pit was a hit! Maureen was a delight to work with and very responsive to every request. We had a wonderful week and will likely rent again. As an aside, we rented equipment from the local marina within walking distance of the lake house and Nina and Nicole were very helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful Moon Rise from the Deck

What a beautiful and peaceful location. We truly enjoyed our stay. We had business meeting by day and boating by night. The boat dock was perfect and secure. The master bedroom's bed was the best. I drifted off to sleep in no time. I would rent this home again, maybe in the summer when my Grandkids can make it!

Beautiful, large home with a phenomenal view!

We had a fantastic stay at this incredibly spacious home on the shores of Lake Delavan. The home was even bigger than we anticipated from the listing, and the view was even better. The back porch, deck, and outdoor area provided incredible views of the lake. The location was perfect as our home base to attend a wedding at Lake Lawn, super quick and easy drive. Maureen was a pleasure to work with from the time of our first inquiry through checkout. Hope to return again with more time to spend at this lovely home!

Pictures don’t do it justice

We had a surprise 70th gathering for my mother. 4 family’s with kids ranging from 5-21 and 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all. There is a spacious grass space in the front where the kids played soccer, football and baseball. The U shape drive fit all cars with plenty of room to spare. Maureen is very responsive and helpful. She gave some recommendations for boat rentals and could not speak more highly of them. The kids did not mind the seaweed off the dock with a splash pad. There was plenty of seating for all 16 people to eat meals. The kitchen is spacious and clean. The walking path was a great feature as well. High recommend this property for a multi family use.

Perfect Lake House

This is a really nice lake house overlooking Delavan Lake. House has a great 2nd story deck overlooking the water which is where we spent a lot of our time either relaxing or eating meals while enjoying the view. House has their own private dock to tie off boat during rental making it easy to take boat out for a spin around the lake multiple times during the day. Kitchen is spacious. House has plenty of beds to handle a larger group. Location of house is nice and close to Wal-mart making it easy to get supplies and is also a short 20 minute drive to Lake Geneva if you want to check out their downtown area. We are planning to rent again.

This Lake Delavan home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our multigenerational family. It included a great deck with a grill and large tables for eating outside while enjoying a wonderful view of the lake. Inside we loved the tablesfor games, crafts and puzzles. The bedrooms were very comfortable along with nice bathrooms. There were more great views of the lake inside while enjoying the very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Great WiFi and very generous parking. We loved the fire pit in the evenings to play lawn games and roast marshmallows as the moon was rising. It’s a great location for renting a boat, picking up groceries and a quiet walk along the lake. Our host Maureen was very gracious in suggesting all that was available. We hope to return soon for another family gathering.

Great stay for extended family

Spent a week with extended family. The Lake was close enough for family to come up for the day or stay all week. Great location to grocery stores, coffee, restaurants, and local pubs as well as some great restaurants. The owner was super attentive and easy to get ahold of! Great week!

Wonderful home and location!

We had a group of 9 high school friends celebrating our 55th birthdays and this house/location was perfect for the occasion!! Very clean, plenty of parking and great conversational space. We also had plenty of kitchen space to have a taco bar and more. Maureen was very responsive, easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our weekend getaway - thank you!! The house is in a great location right on Delavan Lake and easily walkable to a few restaurants/bars. Highly recommend the Inn Between. We are looking forward to a return trip for our next celebration!!

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

We had our whole family (16 of us, ranging from 7-72) together at this place to celebrate mom and dad's 50th anniversary. It was the perfect space for us to be together as a family, cook meals together, play games, etc. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home on Lake Delavan

We had a tremendous Thanksgiving Holiday weekend with our family. This home was perfect. The home is in beautiful shape, plenty of room and beds for everyone. The kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner. The owner is very assessable and helpful. And the views

Great Vacation Lake Home

We rented this house to be near the venue of our daughter’s wedding. We had several family members from out of town that stayed with us. This house was perfect for our family! The house was exactly as pictured, with lots of room for our group. The lake was so beautiful, and we enjoyed having coffee on the patio every morning. The house was clean and very well appointed. The homeowner, Maureen, was very communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! I hosted a family reunion here for family aged 5-to-80 and everyone loved it. Spacious home created the perfect space for quality family time. Beautiful kitchen is well appointed. Perfect for cooking meals for a large group. Great location on the lake! Maureen was terrific to communicate with. It’s clear that they take pride in their home, maintain it very well, and care about providing a nice experience for their guests.

Beautiful accommodation with pier for fishing, pontoon rental and swimming. Ample room for ten of us with two teenagers. Gorgeous kitchen and large dining table with plenty of seating on porch and deck. Firepit on lower level.

WONDERFUL Lake House

The lake house was wonderful. We had a party of 9 adults, one child. and one infant and had more than enough room in the house with beds to spare. The lake is not overly busy even on weekends and the swimming right off the dock was fantastic (not too cold or warm and no leeches) in late July. We caught a few fish right off the end of the dock also. The owner gave some great recommendations for food and where to rent a boat which all worked out great. All in all it was a more than a five star experience. I could not recommend higher.

Christmas vacation

What a perfect spot to bring the family to all get together over the Christmas holiday. The house was perfect, spacious, and everyone was comfortable. The large, well stocked kitchen was also perfect for many big Family meals. Great views of the lake an access to walk along the path as well. Would highly recommend, and definitely would go back!

Hello my name is Maureen. I am from Oak Lawn, Illinois and now live in Lockport, Illinois with my husband. It has been my absolute pleasure and privilege to manage The Delavan Lake Home. When we purchased this home it needed some tender love and care so we worked very hard in transforming it to the home of our dreams. We use the home ourselves but when we can't we rent it to other families. We visit and often stay at the home at least once a month this way we can really see how everything is working. When the home is not being used or for some reason we can't get there we have our handyman come in to do a once a week check up of the home. We are always amazed at how well all of our guests take care of the home. Every time we go to the home we always add something new; sheets, comforters, towel, pictures, furniture etc. It has been a labor of love and we have many repeat visitors each year. We hope that you will enjoy your time at The Delavan Lake Home as much as we do!!!

The number one reason we picked this property was the location. We are right in between charming down town Delavan and Lake Geneva. We are close to the shops, restaurants and other touristy sights of Lake Geneva but we get the real feel of lake home living on a quieter and not over crowed lake. We choose this particular Delavan Lake home mostly because of the amazing views of the lake it provides, the proximity of the home between down town Delavan and down town Lake Geneva, the fact that it is on the lake shore walking path and we also were amazed with the sizes of all of the rooms in this house. It is a very spacious home even all of the bedrooms are very big! You can have large groups and not feel crowded. We also were very aware that there is no street parking on the lake and this was one of the few homes that could accommodate at least 16 cars.

The large sizes of all of the rooms in the home that make it very easy to accommodates 3 to 4 families at a time. It is directly on the lake. It is on the walking path. It is walking distance to a few pub grub restaurants. It can accommodate 16 cars. It has a great lay out and decorated very well. It is run by the owners and no one is going to care more about a home than the owners of the home themselves.
