Beautiful house and perfect location

This home is beautiful and so comfortable! Tons of space and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very very well stocked with all you could need to prepare a meal. The baths are spacious. The beds are very comfortable.There are two lovely porches on which to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wine and charcuterie in the evening. Yes, the photos are accurate! And our host, Sebastien, was so kind and helpful upon our arrival!And it is the PERFECT location. There is a patisserie/coffee shop, convenience store and restaurant all within 30 seconds from the gate of the property! It is an easy walk (like 2 minutes!) into the town of L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue -- which is so quaint and fun and lovely! L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue is small so it is easy to navigate, but large enough to have everything you are likely to need and the people are very engaging. And the river running through the town makes it like a fairy tale! I read so many blogs about the right places to base your stay in Provence -- well, if you have a car -- this is IT! Easy drives to Gordes, Avignon, Rousillon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Saint Remy, etc etc etc! And all the wineries!! Thank you, Sebastien! We hope to visit again soon!

Superb property

Beautiful house in the perfect location for a stay in Provence. The home is exactly as advertised, or better! The host is responsive and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about staying here was great. Comfotable beds, location, host check in and out, super clean, private parking, communication...all excellent. Would definitely stay here again. It's a find in the area

Geweldige accommodatie op fantastische locatie.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De woning is riant en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim voldoende huisraat en de locatie ten opzichte van restaurants en terrassen is perfect. De ontvangst was erg goed en vriendelijk. Duidelijke uitleg over de woning, de apparatuur. We hadden gemakkelijk contact via de app op voorhand en tijdens ons verblijf. De omgeving heeft veel leuke plaatsen en activiteiten het kanoën is zeker een aanrader! Het was erg heet en dan is afkoelen in de rivier met water van 13 graden behoorlijk fris maar tijdens hete dagen erg lekker! Wij zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Location!

We had a wonderful experience in the home. It is exactly as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The best part was its location to town. We were able to walk everywhere. It is also an ideal home base for exploring the Provence area. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful house in a wonderful village

We spent a week (from 18th till 25th of june) in l'isle sur la Sorgue which is a perfect time to go there. The house is very well equipped. We were there with four adults but the house can easily be used by eigth persons. The location is perfect with the centre just around the corner. Avignon, Carpentras and the wonderful Fontaine de Vaucluse are all nearby. Not far from the centre of l'isle you can swim in the clear and fresh water of the river Sorgue next to a park where you can relax or picknick. Or take a drink on one of the terraces. What a wonderful holiday we had!

Fantastic - highly recommended!!

From the moment we arrived to the gated facility, it was an amazing month that went by so fast we couldn’t believe it! We could easily live there forever. There are only two bathrooms so more than two couples could be a challenge waiting for bathroom time but it worked for us! Anything we needed was available with a fast text to the owner who was wonderful and fun to spend time with! The Patisseries just across the street and another just 1/2 block away we’re great for breakfast! The town itself was just a short walk (1 block) away and it’s Sunday market is amazing. We’ll be back! Loved our stay!!

Wonderful Home in a Beautiful Setting

This home in Isle-sur-la Sorgue went beyond our expectations. The house is lovely with big open rooms and a comfortable, inviting patio on the front and one on the back as well. It is very nicely furnished, and it had everything we needed and more for our 2 week stay. For 2 couples it was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on both the main level and the upstairs level. The location is perfect right in the middle of town with a bakery and pizza restaurant right across the street. We loved the garden setting of the home with its private gated entrance to the property and its parking area right next to the house. Sebastien was very responsive to any and all of our questions and needs. In addition, as an added bonus, the l’Instant T restaurant that Sebastien runs which is located at the back of the property is in a beautiful setting and has wonderful food as well.

Perfect in-town location for family or two couples

Charming property exceptionally well-located within easy walking distance of town. Spacious interior and comfortably furnished. Excellent kitchen. One full bath and two Bedrooms up and the same arrangement downstairs limit practical occupancy to a family or two couples, although there's plenty of space for more. Bathrooms are certainly adequate but could profit from updating. Hosts Pascale and Sebastien are very, very accommodating and attentive. Both speak good English. Would highly recommend!

Très bon séjour dans une très grande maison à l'isle sur sorgue

Maison située tout près du centre de l'isle sur sorgue et donc de tous les commerces. Maison séparée avec 2 autres logements indépendants et le restaurant des propriétaires mais franchement ce n'est pas du tout gênant. La maison est grande, jolie, confortable, climatisée avec 2 petites terrasses où l'on peut se poser. Si vous voulez être à l'aise, au frais et au centre de l'isle tout en étant au calme cette maison est parfaite. Parking très appréciable aussi.

Great Location

House was larger than I expected. Easy walk from house into town. Road noise was a bit distracting when outside but not noticeable inside. Restaurant noise was not noticeable. The house has great floorplan and design, but is due for mechanical updates. We had problems with the shower head being plugged due to hard water and AC drain leaking into ceiling. I advised Sebastian and assume these will be addressed quickly. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Furnishings were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Other than the leak, the AC worked well. Bring you own bluetooth speakers if you want music. Plenty to do in the area. Adjacent restaurant and bakery were both very good. Sebastian was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Propriétaire de confiance. Adapté au bebe de 1 mois avec lit parapluie Literie de qualité. Bouteille de vin et chocolat offert. Vraiment parfait. Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied et le restaurant des propriétaires ne gêne absolument pas.

An Amazing Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at Pascale and Sebastian’s beautiful home. The home is wonderfully decorated in very relaxing and soothing colours, the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking in....living and dining rooms were super comfortable, we even enjoyed a fire in the fireplace on a stormy day! Beds very comfortable, as were the sizes of the bedrooms......the front patio was great on the days we could use it!! Nice to be able to leave the car parked in the driveway and walk into town, a 2 min. walk gets you to the centre of it all, especially on market days......what a fun experience! I would highly recommend staying here, we had such an amazing time! Thank you Pascale & Sebastian.....looking forward to a return trip!!

Lovely Stay!

Wonderful month’s long stay at this fantastic property in L’isle sur la Sorgue. Comfortable, beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house is walking distance to all the town shops, restaurants and wonderful town markets on Thursdays and Sundays. This home is beautifully decorated , roomy and has a well- stocked kitchen! Owners Pascale and Sebastien could not have been nicer. What a great couple! We highly recommend this property. And, you must try ”L’Instant T”, Sebastien’s restaurant - great! L’isle sur la Sorgue is a great town in Provence to use as a home base. Easy drives to the many beautiful hilltop towns. Thank you Pascale and Sebastien for making us feel so welcome. à recommander à 100/100! maison espacieuse, comfortable. pascale et sébastien sont présents à l‘arrière-fond. le restaurant „l‘instant“ de sébastien au bas de la maison est une trouvaille: au bord de l‘eau, avec son petit parc et sa cuisine vraiment créative. nous y avons passé deux belles soirées!

Traumhafter Urlaub in idealer Umgebung

Wir waren drei Wochen im Haus von Pascale und Sebastien. Die Bilder, die bei FeWo direkt gezeigt werden, entsprechen in jeder Weise der Realität. Die Räumlichkeiten liegen bei eigenem Eingang in der ersten und zweiten Etage. Im Untergeschoss betreibt Sebastien ein Restaurant. Dies ist in keiner Weise störend; uns hat es sogar gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist von alten Bäumen und Sträuchern umgeben, so dass man u.a. auf den vom Restaurant genutzten Garten und die Sorgue sieht. Von der vorbeilaufenden Straße bekommt man optisch und akustisch praktisch nichts mit. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in jeder Weise – insbesondere auch technisch – hervorragend. Im Zusammenhang mit der Sauberkeit gibt es nicht den geringsten Mangel. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern waren - soweit wir sie nutzten - sehr gut. Die einzelnen Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage (individuell steuerbar) ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind mehrsprachig, sehr sympathisch und in jeder Weise hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. In zwei bis drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der hochinteressanten Innenstadt. Die zahlreichen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat der Urlaub in dieser Umgebung ausgezeichnet gefallen und wir werden ihn in gleicher Weise wiederholen. Allein dies spricht schon für sich.

Perfect in Provence

Beautifully Decorated and Spacious Home, exactly as the photos show, surrounded by mature trees that give you privacy, just a 2 minute walk to the village shops and restaurants. Perfectly located for our day trips throughout Provence. Pascale and Sebastien were excellent Hosts, communicative before and during our stay. They gave us wonderful suggestions for Boulangeries, Food shopping, Restaurants, etc. Bedrooms are comfy, A/C works great, Kitchen is well stocked. We had the luxury of 2 patios to have our morning coffee or evening appetizers on. The patio off the kitchen is bathed in sunlight where the French door entrance patio in the front of the home is shaded. Sebastien's restaurant has delicious, homemade, gourmet meals which is frequented by locals, the quiet clientele is not a noise problem for you as a renter. The restaurant is an outdoor café canopied by trees and along the canal, Charming. Excellent experience as a Renter , We highly recommend this home for your vacation !
