The Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this newly renovated house with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people.The house is modern and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room overlooking the swimming pool.It is located in the centre of a quiet neighbourhood, 800m from the wild coast beach and approximately 1km from the Whale Lighthouse.The house has its own private and secure parking for 1 vehicle and bicycles.SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:Room 1 consisting of a double bed 140x200Room 2 consisting of two single beds 80x200A bathroom with shower and washbasin.A separate toilet.The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.The house is non-smoking.Pets are not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long.
