The embankment at the foot of the building and the exceptional view will allow you to spend unique moments.

Large 30m² studio composed of an entrance to put your belongings, a spacious living room with a comfortable retractable bed (wardrobe bed), a fitted and equipped kitchen, all giving access to a balcony with an almost 180° view of a of the most beautiful bays in the world.

The fitted kitchen: 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer top, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, wine, juice and water glasses, plates, cutlery, ... everything to spend a pleasant stay.

A third bed is present in the apartment (VALLENTUNA convertible pouf with mattress topper).

We can pick you up at the station (with payement)

Entrance between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. according to concierge schedule
Departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. according to concierge schedule
Arrival / Departure flexible in slower periods.
Late arrival (9 p.m.-12 a.m.: additional €25 billing)
Early departure (6 a.m. to 8 a.m.: additional €25 billing).
Bed linen and towels in additional options (To be reserved before your arrival).

The SNCF train station is 900m away (10 min on foot).
The town center of les sables d'olonne with its many shops is 500m away.
A Carrefour market supermarket is 400m away.
The well-known Arago market in Les Sables d'Olonne is 450m away.
The bakery is 20m from the residence as well as an ice cream parlor to cool off in the summer.
And of course, many restaurants all along the embankment, and even on the beach in summer.
